If you're looking for some proper Southern-style fun, kick off the year with the Fellsmere Frog Leg Festival. Savour frog legs, gator tail, fried shrimp, and more in this fun family day out.

You've got a lot to choose from in February. Head out past the inlet for Grouper, Snapper, King Mackerel, Wahoo, and Sailfish. Otherwise, stay in the shallows for Mangrove Snapper, Pompano, Snook, and Flounder.

The Annual Grant Seafood Festival has been held every March for over half a century. The event draws over 40,000 visitors to fill up on delicious fried shrimp, crab cakes, conch fritters, and more.

The action really heats up in April. Inshore, Redfish, and Pompano are joined by the first big Tarpon. Offshore, Yellowfin Tuna and Mahi Mahi are tearing up the topwaters, making for great fun and even better eating!

The Sebastian Lionfish Fest takes place every May, raising awareness about this invasive species with a tournament, cook-off, and plenty of educational activities for the kids. 

The Sebastian Blue Water Open is the most important event in every local angler's diary. Head offshore for some proper bluewater sportfishing in this exciting event. The stakes are high and the fish are huge!

Celebrate the fourth of July with a traditional parade and lots of patriotic fun. There's an all-day party in the park, and a fireworks display to paint the sky with red, white, and blue.

Scorching temperatures and high humidity may make fishing difficult in the day, but not at night! Enjoy incredible hookups of monster Snook after dark. This is a Sebastian specialty and not one to miss!

September is a great time to head offshore, with a variety of species on the cards. Tuna, Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, and King Mackerel can reliably be caught this time of year, so get out there!

As fall draws in the Sailfish action just gets hotter and hotter. If you don't fancy going offshore, you can find plenty of big Flounder and Snook inshore, as well as the last big numbers of Redfish.

Can't bear eating another turkey? Bag yourself some delicious Flounder or Grouper instead! If you fancy something bigger, there are huge Wahoo offshore, just begging for a teaser to chase.

Spend the holiday season in the sun, with average highs of 70 degrees and perfect flats fishing weather. Head on out for your chance to catch enough Trout and Flounder to see you through until spring!
