We had a great day on the water Striper fishing with Captain Charlie. The boat was spotless and easy to move around on- plenty of room for everyone to get bait and fish without getting bottle-necked. Even once we reached our limit for Striper, Charlie let us fish for Spot so we could enjoy more time on the water. Great trip - will definitely rebook if we’re back in town!

Super fun trip with my parents and fiancée. None of us had fished for striped bass before, but Captain Charlie explained everything we needed to know ahead of time. Caught some big fish and they tasted delicious!

Captain Charlie is a nice person and knowledgeable fisherman. We kept 3 of the 40+ fish we caught. Used live bait and artificial. My 15yr old’s first chart trip was a great experience. Cap Charlie works with well people new to fishing. Will repeat.

A great day with my boys on the Bay! Capt. Charlie did a great job tracking down the rockfish. He easily helped everyone get used to the technique was quick with net and always there with fresh bait before you knew you needed any. The Julie Marie II had plenty of room for all of us to move around. I can see how other Captains with similar boats will stuff more passengers on, but Charlie keeps it comfortable. Great day, I would recommend it.

Captain Chris and Steph were so welcoming to our party of 4. From the moment we stepped in the boat they made us feel comfortable and at ease. It was the first time charter fishing for my Mom and Aunts and Steph was very patient in teaching them how to reel in the fish. Captain Chris took his time to find perfect locations for us to take home an excellent hall. We will definitely charter with them again!!

Experienced, well organized, helpful Captain with a great boat. Toilet, large sun shade and deck chairs. For those who care, Charlie is fully vaccinated. Left at 5:30 and were on the fish by 7:00. We'll be back. Highly recommended.

Excellent trip overall!!! We caught our limit of rockfish in less than an hour. My son and his friends had a blast.

Lovely day and lovely crew. We were disappointed that blue fish were too far away and stripers fishing was open Aug 1 - but the crew gamely took us trolling for catfish, and that was fun and yummy once we fried them up. My only suggestion would be to publish what fish are available at booking dates so families can plan the action. Catfish fishing as a slower pace and quieter day vs what I think my boy wanted. Still had a blast.

The state had put a freeze on Striper and we were having a slow day for crabs and catfish. Captain Chris went above and beyond by extending our trip for a last ditch effort and it paid off!! We had a great day! Thank you so much!

We did a 6 hour charter with Capt Charlie and had great success. We reached our limit plus many other "throw backs." Capt Charlie was laid back and very knowledgeable. He was not shy to move around to get us on the fish. We have been on MANY charters and fish on our personal boats semi regularly. I would not be shy to recommend this charter to any skill level.
