We arrived with a nice greeting from the captain. We were out for 5 hours caught are limit and came back in. Was a very great time with good conversation and some kidding around that kept the hole trip in a great mood. I would definitely recommend this charter boat for your fishing experience

As soon as Captain Scott got us to our spot, we got lines in and started catching fish. We were limited out in less than two hours! Scott was great, the boat was roomy and comfortable, and the walleye cooperated!!

Captain Tom is a great guy. He took time to show us how to catch fish. We had a great time fishing and Tom worked with us showing different techniques and his skill in coordinating having multiple lines in the water resulted in our limit catch of big walleye. We really felt a part of the team instead of a bystander. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this charter and look forward to the next time. 4 Aces is hard to beat for sure.

We went out on the water at 5:30am. It took us 30 minutes to get to the fishing spot and hit our limit within 1 hour and 45 minutes. The captain and first mate worked very hard and we calculated that we were catching 1 fish every 3 minutes. I will definitely do another morning trip next year.

It was very accommodating for our schedule. The captain noticed that it might rain during our trip out and recommended us changing it to the day before, because with the rain coming the walleye might not be biting. We took his advice and went the day before and caught our limit in 2 hours. He was great and taught us a few things too.

Captain Eggleston is super cool, laid back and will get you familiar with his boat and systems. Furthermore, he’ll put you on the fish and allow you to enjoy yourself. Loves to teach if you are unfamiliar and most importantly he was in no rush.

From start to finish it was a great trip. left the dock at 5 a.m. started fishing at around 6 and we had our limit by 10 a.m. First Mate Jim did an awesome job. Highly recommend and will be returning next year!

Awesome fishing experience on Lake Erie. I caught my first Walleye and Steelhead with “Making Waves Charters”, located in Ashtabula Ohio, on 7/19/2023.
