Fishing in May is a bit slower than July or August but it is not crowded. The pace of life is slower and the crowds are smaller which is what we wanted. We did not expect to Catch a large amount of fish but wanted the experience of fishing for salmon and being on the spring waters. Chris was a great guide and nice person to meet and fish with in the future. Had a good day and look forward to many meals from our salmon in the summer months ahead!

We had the perfect fishing experience with Captain Mike. We caught 15 fish including Coho, Chinnook, and Pink Salmons, and let them go. Our trip was crowned by the wildlife show of whales, seals, jumping salmons, and white-lined dolphins. It was amazing and we highly recommend it. Thanks Mike!

Five hours close to the harbor, so almost all was fishing time. Caught 3 species of salmon! The water wasnโ€™t crowed at all. Great trip!

My wife, son , daughter and I had an awesome day on the water. Captain Laurel was fun and interesting to interact with. He worked hard and was very patient with us the whole time. He found the fish for us; our arms were tired by the time we headed back. Great experience!

Mike was Great. Super nice guy to chat with! Was always keeping lines active. He was really good at explaining things to our grandson on his 13th birthday day of fishing. We limited out and through a few back to get bigger. Overall Mike is a knowledgeable fisherman that made our birthday boy happy. Thx soooo much

I was yesterday with cliffs charter boat and the experience was amazing it was the biggest fish iโ€™ve ever catched. The crew was super relaxed and all i donโ€™t like stressed boat people. They had also water and beer so i was happy with it.

We had a great fishing day. We all caught our limit! Our captain really knew what he was doing for us to catch our limit. In addition he slowed down so we could take pictures of seal lions on a buoy. We would recommend this fishing excursion to anyone who wants to catch fish. Thank you for the best fishing tour weโ€™ve ever taken.

we really enjoyed our day with Mike! It was an amazing experience, we (5 friends from Europe) were able to fish 15 amazing salmon and other! We also took lots with and just had a great dinner! 2 of the Chinooks had ~20 lbs. We highly recommend going for this experience and learn lots from captain Mike, he told us so much about vancouver island and fishing. We learned a lot!

Great day to be on the water. We had a big party of five so a lot of work for the Captain. Not a lot of fish in the boat, partly due to being a little early in the season and partly due to inexperienced anglers. Saw quite a few humpback whales which was fantastic.
