Bigger charters sometimes mix parties and are busier, there is A LOT going on. A smaller charter you get focused attention and instruction if you need it. We booked a 4 hr inshore trolling trip targeting bluefish, Spanish mackerel, and Bonito. As soon as we got out to the location, we were right on the fish. Hard-fighting bonito! What a day! Captain worked hard to put us over fish, but the flounder were just not biting. Trip, however, was still fun. We had good weather, good fishing conditions and good companionship with the Captain and 2st mate. Overall a good experience but for the lack of fish in the boat..

Great trip! Didnโt catch any keepers, but thatโs the way fishing goesโฆCaptain John tried many times to find us the best spot. Just enjoyed being out on the boat, seeing the dolphins and the banter between Captain John and first mate Hunterโฆgreat guys. Will do it again with them some day.

Captain John and his mate Hunter did not disappoint. They handed us the proper tools and had the knowledge and patience to teach us how to use them. Highly recommend Bottom Bouncer charter. Had a wonderful time , caught several varieties of fish and shark at no time did we feel left out,bored or uncomfortable. Was treated like family the entire time.

We booked a 4 hr inshore trolling trip targeting bluefish, Spanish mackerel, and Bonito. As soon as we got out to the location, we were right on the fish. Hard-fighting bonito! What a day! And the fish kept biting. An amazing bonus...Mahi Mahi! We pulled 4 in at the same time! Great trip for having fun for the whole family. My 6 yr old nefew had a BLAST! Captain Arrington worked really hard and put us on some mahi. The seabass and flounder bite was off so he changed it up and for a while the Mahi action was nonstop. We would love to do a trip with him again.

Had a great morning fishing. Caught some spot and croaker early then found some rockfish. Would definitely recommend. The captain and first mate have great attitudes and show a good time. Made for a great day with my daughter!

Awesome day with my son, captain and mate were great, awesome music, amazing fishing. Mahi mahi, sea bass, and so many bar jacks! The bite was pretty much constant everywhere we stopped. Definitely a trip we will repeat with the same crew in the future!
