Conditions are very weather sensitive. Captain changed our meeting location due to northern winds. It paid in spades. Wind has a big affect on water temperature and fish locations

Capt Joe asked a lot of questions before the trip on what we’d like to do so knew what to expect. We had to move around the lake a bit due to some bad weather and changes to fish patterns. We eventually found the fish - as promised! Captain Joe definitely knows how to find the fish. Especially good for experienced fisherman!

Highly recommend booking a trip out with Captain Steve. He’s a great guide and has all of the equipment and knowledge you need for an amazing fishing trip. It was cold and windier than forecasted and he had gloves and hand warmers waiting for us. Really nice guy too!

Had a great experience fishing Lake Cayuga on the afternoon of Aug. 17, catching four keepers (three lake trout and a beautiful rainbow) and smaller rainbows and landlocked salmon. Captain Stanley was great company, very patient guiding us through our first experience with a downrigger and full of useful information about local fishing opportunities. Highly recommended!
