Lake Ida is a very unique fishery, nothing else like it in Florida or anywhere else. Solid Bass fishing, especially Peacock Bass, and the only place that you can catch wild Clown Knife fish. The lake and canals have it all, definitely the best all around lake in all of Florida.

Our family had a blast! Our two young girls, 14 & 11 years old were entertained and educated all morning by Captain Erik & Austin, and they were awesome today! We had a beautiful morning, we were fishing the elusive Sailfish off a Kite, what a great time! Captain Erik did put us on fish and we had action most the time even though the other fisherman that were out had a slow day! Highly recommend!

Met promptly nice safe roomy boat and equipment. He got up early and netted live bait. I will be 87 fished a lot John great clean cut guide knew how to put me on fish. Released a variety mostly feisty Peacock Bass Stripers Largemouth and 1 Crappie. Highly Recommended. Water cloudy did not Fly Fish used Fun lightweight Spin rods. He provided Bait and Water.
