Captain Austin was born and raised in Brooklyn and has been fishing the waters in and around the NY Bight, NYC, and Jamaica Bay for over 40 years. He has worked in the fishing industry for over 20 years and authored 250 articles on catching a variety of fish species in NYC waters.

You’ll be fishing aboard a 25’ Parker boat that accommodates up to 5 guests. She’s powered by a 225 HP Yamaha engine and has all navigational electronics you need to easily find the schools of fish.

You’ll be fishing aboard a 22’ Cape Craft center console boat, which offers a spacious and safe ride for up to 2 passengers plus the guide. Powered by a 150 HP Yamaha engine, the boat features state of the art electronics, including a fishfinder and a chart plotter to get you on the fish. There is also a radio and CD player on board for your enjoyment.
