Beginners luck

What an awesome day! We started our 4 hour afternoon trip with a wind that was doable but definitely going to be an annoyance for my original plan for the day. As I get back to the dock from pulling my pinfish trap its like some one just turned the fan off , the wind just died to almost a faint breeze. Now my client arrives and i tell him we have a window for almost the next 4 hours lets go get these fish while the getting is good. We spent the next 4 hours pulling on redfish up to an almost top slot fish coming in at 26 3/4”. The fish pictured was a nice 24” red along with a bonus sheepshead and mangrove snapper that we finished out the day with. I told anthony that he was a natural and he replied “ehh its beginners luck”
