Experience fishing off the west coast of Puerto Rico! 
We're here to provide you with the best charter fishing experience we can! Just climb aboard, and let the crew put you on the fish. You can sit back while the Captain sets the spread. As the fish bite, you'll take turns  bringing in the fish.

The crew will be happy to interact with you, and teach you about the island here, and all the different types of wildlife inhabiting it, and its surrounding waters.

Fish Slayer Charters offers a variety of packages to meet your requirements!

Your boat for the day will be a 30’ Albemarle 305 offshore sport fishing boat. It can comfortably fit 6 anglers/guest. The Fish Slayer runs on twin 300 HP Cat 3116TA engines, and uses full-featured navigation electronics. On board is a cabin, with a fully functioning toilet, and room to lay down if needed!

Its fishing gear includes Shimano, Penn, Diawa, and Custom hardware, outriggers, a livewell, and some snorkeling equipment.

The fish you’ll target includes,

Offshore - Mahi/dolphinfish, Wahoo, Rainbow Runner, Blue, and White Marlin, Sailfish, Tripletail, Blackfin, and Yellowfin tuna, King Mackerel. 

Inshore - Mutton, and Yellowtail Snapper, King, and Cero Mackerel, Yellow, and Bar jacks, Jack Crevalles, Blue, and Rainbow runners, and many more, and sometimes Sailfish, Grouper, African Pompano.
All caught while trolling.

You’re free to keep your catch. If you prefer not to, the crew will take it instead. 

All the kids are welcome to come aboard but you have to provide life jackets for those under 12.

Captain Paul supplies all the rods, reels, tackle, lures, as well as licenses. Apart from helping you during the trip, the crew will also clean, fillet, and bag your catch, so please consider it in their tip for the extra effort. 

You will need to bring drinks, snacks, adequate sun protection, and sunglasses are a must have for the day(even clip-ons, or gas station shades work).

This is fun for the whole family, or party with your friends. 

The day starts off trolling from the marina out to the offshore reefs for snorkeling. Then you'll get a chance to jump in and to see some healthy, live reef, not just rocks!

Then, you'll troll the reef for more fish taco ingredients between the snorkeling spots. A fun way to soend a day on the water.

Usually 60/40 split of time. 60% fishing/40% Snorkeling.

We do have loaner equipment, but always recommend bringing your own.

Join us on the islands calmest waters, big game fishing on the reefs of the west coast.

This is a great way to load up your fridge with some fresh fish for your vacation, or just to go out and have a blast. We average 6 to 9 speices per trip, so the variety alone keeps things interesting.

This is a great trip for any group, and any reason. Great for young kids, or a Bachelor/Bachelorette party. We will keep everyone engaged, and entertained while we troll around catching your dinner.

4 Hour Trip - Inshore Reef AM

On this trip, we start fishing almost immediately. Often fished in the afternoons, and mornings upon request. This trip mostly consists of inshore and nearshore trolling. Fishing the patch reefs, grass flats, and rock ledges. Lots of action, and fish of all sizes. A fun trip for anyone, and great for kids. We typically catch King and Cero Mackerel, Bar, Yellow Jack, Mutton and Yellowtail Snapper, Grouper, Barracuda, and more.

4 Hour Trip – Inshore Reef PM

One of our most popular options. It's where we get the most bites/action. We are actively targeting over 20 species on every trip. 

The main method of fishing is trolling over shallow offshore reefs, all within less than 10 miles from shore. 
This style of fishing usually yeilds 
Mutton, and yellowtail Snappers, 
King, and Cero Mackerel, 
Yellow, and Bar Jacks, 
African pompano, and Barracuda, and many more reef species. 
A great way to keep kids engaged, and most fish are excellent table fare.

5 Hour Trip – Inshore

Heading to the drop-off, after a 45-55 minutes run out, you'll get lines in the water. Typically, you'll be blue water trolling for pelagics such as Mahi, Tuna, Wahoo, and more. The crew will put its experience to the test and set the best possible spread to put fish in the boat for you.

6 Hour Trip – Offshore

You raise your chances of catching bigger fish, by putting in the time of a full day. You and the crew will mostly troll for pelagics and look for grass lines. The full day allows you to try multiple techniques for catching multiple species, both inshore, and offshore fishing, and we will do some snorkeling to take a break from fishing, and too cool off.

Summer weather can play a big part in these full day trips. Be prepared to cut the trip shorter if afternoon thunderstorms form up.usually
