Team Vinson Charters offers full-service inshore and nearshore fishing charters and sunset cruises on Alabama's Gulf Coast including Mobile, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Fort Morgan, Dauphin Island, Fairhope, Spanish Fort, Daphne, Perdido Key, Dog River, Bon Secour, and Fish River. Captain Donnie Vinson has decades-long experience in fishing a wide variety of water in the Mobile Bay area. Join him on a true fishing adventure out of Gulf Shores and have an unforgettable time on the water!

The boat you’ll be using is a 25’ Skeeter bay boat that can accommodate up to 6 guests. It runs on a 300 HP Yamaha engine and uses all the modern Garmin navigation electronics in order to get you on the fish quickly and safely. The boat has also got a Minn Kota wireless trolling motor, a livewell, and an ice-box.

Using light and heavy tackle, you’ll be bottom and deep sea fishing, trolling, spinning, jigging, and popping. The species you can expect to catch include Mahi Mahi, Red Snapper, Pompano, Tripletail, Jack Crevalle, Cobia, Flounder, and many more.

Kids of 5 or older are welcome to join your trip. The fish you catch is yours to keep but you’re free to release it as well. Smoking isn’t allowed during the trip.

Captain Donnie provides all the fishing tackle, live bait, and lures and also covers you for fishing licenses and catch cleaning and filleting. Just bring some snacks and drinks and you’ll be ready for the fun.

This trip is if you dont have enough time to plan everything out an you still wanna fish. A great way to get your taste of fishing a 1st timer trip a must. From inshore to nearshore its a great trip all around

2hr special  PM

A 2- to 3-hour trip. You and Captain Donnie will fish in and around the causeway for Redfish, Speckled Trout, Sheepshead, as well as Flounder. This is an afternoon off-work special trip that launches around 3:00 p.m.

3 Hour Trip–Delta Dominator Special

If you don’t have all day to spend on the water, this 4-hour fishing trip brings you awesome fishing inshore for Flounder, Speckled trout, Redfish, Blackfish (Tripletail), and Black Drum, depending on the season. The departure time is 6:00 a.m.

4 Hour Trip – Inshore Special (AM)

This 4-hour afternoon adventure allows you to experience excellent inshore fishing even if you don't have all day to spend on the water. The species you and the captain will target are Flounder, Redfish, Speckled Trout, Blackfish (Tripletail), as well as Black Drum. The exact species will depend on the season.

4 Hour Trip – Inshore Special (PM)

A super fun charter targeting Sheepshead on different locations on Alabama’s Gulf Coast. You and Captain Donnie will leave the dock at 6:00 a.m. and fish for 4-6 hours. The trip price includes all the fishing gear, bait, catch cleaning, and licenses.

5 Hour Trip–Sheepshead Special (AM)

Enjoy 4 -6 hours of super fun fishing on various locations of Alabama's Gulf Coast. This afternoon special trip will see you and Captain Donnie target Sheepshead starting from 3:00 p.m. Bring nothing but your snacks and drinks.

5 Hour Trip–Sheepshead Special (PM)

A 4-6-hour seasonal trip targetting Snapper. If you want to catch big Snapper, Captain Donnie will take you to his favorite spots giving you the best opportunity to catch huge fish. You can catch Snapper any time, but if you want to keep it, this charter needs to be booked during Alabama’s official Snapper season.

4 Hour – Red Snapper Special (AM)

This trip is fun of hard pulling of the Alabama Red Snapper its a bottom fishing off of reefs an wrecks out in the gulf within 9 miles of the shoreline come join us on these awsomes trips. This trip starts at 10 am.

RED SNAPPER 4HR MID MOR

Enjoy a 4 to 6-hour chase for Red Snapper. If you aim to target and want to catch big Snapper, Captain Donnie will lead you to his special spots that will give you the best chance to reel in this big fish. Snapper can be caught at any time, but Alabama's official Snapper Season allows you to keep it and take it home.
