Your Fishing Charter

Home Again Old Florida Adventures run angling trips out of Longboat Key and offer to show you what the local fishery is all about.

Come on aboard with Capt. J.D., whose main priority is to get you on some fish. Expect to use techniques like bottom fishing, trolling, drift fishing, jigging, and spinning, based on the species you're targeting. Speaking of which, you have the option of 4 to 8-hour trips, where you'll be fishing for the likes of Cobia, Cero Mackerel, Bonito, Spanish Mackerel, Groupers, and Snappers, depending on the specific season and the day's weather.

Your adventure begins on board a 24' Aquasport boat that can fit a maximum of 4 anglers. The boat is fitted with a toilet and an ice-box. All the necessary fishing gear is included in the price of your trip. All that's up to you is to use it as best you can.

When it comes to fishing licenses, everything will be taken care of by the captain so you don't have to worry about it. You're welcome to keep all legal species caught during the trip.
