Set'n Hooks is a chartered fishing guide service located in Mooresville, NC and offers to show you a memorable time on Lake Norman. Kid-friendly!!!! 


Capt. Will will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. This involves 4 to 6-hour trips, mainly fishing for Striped bass, Hybrid Striped Bass, Perch, Catfish, Bass, and Crappie, depending on the season and conditions on the day. On these trips, you can expect to use techniques such as light tackle, heavy tackle, bottom fishing, trolling, drift fishing, jigging, and spinning.

Your fishing adventure starts on a Sun Tracker Fishin' Barge 22 XP3 Tri-toon boat that can safely take up to 6 anglers. This boat comes with two livewells and a wireless trolling motor with gps capabilities, along with up-to-date electronics. Including LIVE SONAR!!!

All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Please make sure to buy a valid fishing license ahead of time.  Be sure to let the captain know if you have any questions.

Things to remember: NO ALCOHOL, wear appropriate clothing, and be ready to have a great time!

A 4-hour guided trip on beautiful Lake Norman. This half day afternoon trip usually departs around noon, depending on the season. The exact time and pick-up will be arranged before the day of the trip. The price covers all fishing gear. I only provide live bait with my (A.M.) trips so this (P.M.) trip is artificial bait only.  If you want live bait then I recommend booking a morning trip with me. This afternoon trip is up to 4 guests.
