Big O's Fishing Charters is located in Little River, Big Os  offers to show you a memorable time in these waters.

Capt. Orlando (USCG 100 ton master captain) and lifelong fisherman  in the Little River area will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. This involves 4 to 12 hour trips, mainly fishing for King, Mackerel Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, Dolphin, Amberjack, Grouper, Black Sea Bass, and Snapper, depending on the season and conditions on the day. On these trips, you can expect to use techniques such as bottom fishing and trolling.

Your fishing adventure starts on a 35' triton center console, Coast Guard certified  boat that can safely take up to 6 anglers. This boat comes with a toilet and everything needed for a great day on the water.  Also, we are located in one of the closest marinas to the ocean. We can be in the ocean in about 10 min from leaving the dock.  On our 4 - and 6-hour nearshore trips, we can be fishing within 15 mins from leaving dock.

All rods, reels, bait, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Your trip will include all the necessary fishing licenses for the day. The crew will fillet your catch for you to take home at the end of the trip.
Only 4.5 miles from the ocean, you get more fishing time instead of riding time.

You'll have a great time fishing for Spanish/King Mackerel, sharks.  You and Captain Orlando will leave the dock at 7:00 a.m. You should bring snacks and drinks, the rest will be taken care of by the captain.

4 Hour Trip – Nearshore (AM)

Start your fishing adventure in the afternoon and have lots of fun chasing spanish/king Mackerel and/or sharks You and Captain Orlando will depart at 1:00 p.m. and go after Spanish/King Mackerel, sharks.  The trip covers everything except food and drinks.

4 Hour Trip – Nearshore (PM)

You'll have a great time fishing for Spanish/King Mackerel, sharks.  You and Captain Orlando will leave the dock at 1 30 pm. You should bring snacks and drinks, the rest will be taken care of by the captain.

4 hr late afternoon

This trip gets you a little farther out and more time for fishing than a 4 hour with a chance for bigger fish. Up to 12 miles off the beach.

6 Hour Nearshore Trip (PM)

6 hr late afternoon

On this adventure, we will be live bait fishing for King Mackerel.  Will will start out cast netting for live poggies. This is one of the best ways to catch big kings.  Usually within 15 miles of the inlet.

Nearshore King Mackerel fishing

Spend even more time on the fish-rich waters of South Carolina by taking an 8-hour fishing trip. The price covers all the fishing equipment, licenses, and even catch cleaning, so bring nothing but your snacks and drinks. You depart at 7:00 a.m.

8 Hour Trip

This trip heads off 35 to 45 miles offshore in search of bigger fish.  We will be trolling or bottom fishing whichever you desire.  Depending on the time of year, one may produce better than the other.

10 hr offshore

This trip, we will be around 40  to 60 miles out.  Fishing for all kinds of tasty bottom fish.

12 hr gulf stream bottom fishing

We will be headed out around 65 miles offshore, depending on the time of year.  We will be trolling for wahoo, tuna, Mahi-Mahi,  and other paligic fish.  It's a full day of hard core fishing.
