Big O's Fishing Charters is located in Little River, Big Os offers to show you a memorable time in these waters.
Capt. Orlando (USCG 100 ton master captain) and lifelong fisherman in the Little River area will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. This involves 4 to 12 hour trips, mainly fishing for King, Mackerel Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, Dolphin, Amberjack, Grouper, Black Sea Bass, and Snapper, depending on the season and conditions on the day. On these trips, you can expect to use techniques such as bottom fishing and trolling.
Your fishing adventure starts on a 35' triton center console, Coast Guard certified boat that can safely take up to 6 anglers. This boat comes with a toilet and everything needed for a great day on the water. Also, we are located in one of the closest marinas to the ocean. We can be in the ocean in about 10 min from leaving the dock. On our 4 - and 6-hour nearshore trips, we can be fishing within 15 mins from leaving dock.
All rods, reels, bait, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Your trip will include all the necessary fishing licenses for the day. The crew will fillet your catch for you to take home at the end of the trip.
Only 4.5 miles from the ocean, you get more fishing time instead of riding time.

What a great trip Big Os provided us! the boat was very nice and up to date he had all the safety equipment you could have. Clean bathroom on the boat with plenty of room. The Captain and first mate were very easy to get along with and very knowledgeable when it came to fishing definitely an experienced crew worth every penny. We caught fish and even at one point all four of us had a fish on the line! i give them a 5 star review because they deserve it not because we caught a bunch of fish because the boat was very nice and they Captain and first mate were awsome! the catching fish was just a plus haha we will be booking again in the future!

Great 6 Hour Fishing Trip

Captain Big O and his first mate, Chris, were extremely professional and accommodating in every sense of the word. We had a couple with us who had never been deep-sea fishing, and he took that into account while planning out our trip so that if need be to return to the dock, (due to sickness), it could be done without issue and without ruining it for everyone else. However, that was never necessary; but just the fact that he took it into account, made the entire trip even better. In the end, every single person caught fish. Some caught more than others and some caught some bigger ones than others, but after several sharks, a very large barracuda and dozens of Spanish mackerel, everybody was very happy and satisfied with the trip and we will definitely use Captain Big O in the future.

Amazing day on the water!

Captain Orlando and his first mate Chris showed us such a wonderful day on the water today. We caught Spanish mackerel, king mackerel, barracuda, and some other fish that looked like a lizard. We also saw a sea turtle swimming near the boat a flying fish! The kids and my wife were so excited and had such a great time thank you guys so much for all you did for us It was a joy talking to you on the trip. Thank you for making us all feel so comfortable. We will be highly recommending you to our family and friends. Can’t wait to get out on the water again with you next year on our family vacation. Thanks again!!!

Great experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the Big O. Captain Orlando & mate Chris are a top notch crew. Even though a couple of our party got a little green we all caught fish and had a blast. The highlight of the trip was the ride back in the rain when Captain O opened up the throttle to get us back to the dock. We were all soaked to the bone but didn't care. We will definitely be booking this trip again with Captain O the next time we're in Myrtle Beach!

I wanted to give my family a one of a kind experience and Big O’s handled that and more! We started out catching Spanish Mackerel and we caught an abundance! But then my wife got sick, and Big O was nice enough to take her back to the dock.
Once we went back out, he took us out to many different spots to find the biting sharks and damn did he deliver!!!! It was worth EVERY penny!!!!
