West Palm Beach has a fish with your name on it, so let Island Girl help you catch it!

Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Cobia, Mahi Mahi, Kingfish, Blue Marlin, Caribbean Queen Snapper, Sailfish, Yellowtail Snapper, Swordfish, Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, Blackfin Tuna, and whatever else takes the bait. You'll target your catch by spinning, trolling, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. James can also help you try kite fishing. 

Capt. James operates "Island Girl," a 48' Viking with space for 6 passengers. It has outriggers, a fighting chair, and everything else you need for a productive day on the water, plus a toilet on board for your convenience. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait is available for an additional cost.

Children are welcome, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Don't leave home without snacks, drinks, sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). There will be complimentary bottled water on board. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. 

There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary. The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

Half-day Shark trip with bait and tackle. Looking for a workout? This will fill your needs. Many large Sharks roam offshore and are just waiting for a fight. Capt. James will put you on them!

4 Hour – Palm Beach Shark Fishing

An exciting 3/4 day trip off Palm Beach for sport fish and more. Mate is provided along with cleaning of catch. Ask about "catch and cook" for the freshest fish you can get. Live bait is extra.

6 Hour – Palm Beach Offshore

Full-day fishing for up to 6 aboard our 48' sport fishing vessel. Capt. James will put you on the fish, and the mate will clean the catch for you. Ask about "catch and cook" when you return to the dock. Bottled water is included, but you are encouraged to bring whatever you would like for the day.

8 Hour – Palm Beach Offshore

We often fish West End, Walkers Cay, Spanish Cay, and Abaco. You can do one-day or multiple-day charters. We ask that you plan well in advance for these trips. Also we can venture to other islands but again, plan early.
Bahamas charters start at $2750 per day, depending on the island.
Lodging is not provided on these charters, but all islands have bungalows, townhouses, etc., per night. Flights round trip are not included but can be chartered. Grand Bahama has most flights with a short taxi to West End.
