Soflo Sportfishing has a lot to offer you. Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, let Captain Dave Allen show you what South Florida  fishing is all about. Specializing in light tackle live bait fishing ,trolling planers, wreck fishing, kite fishing and shark fishing. We do it all, Let’s get you hooked up!!

Come aboard The Bounty, Classic Bertram sport fish, that is fully-equipped to take up to 6 people. With its twin 250 HP Cummins engines, the vessel is stable, fast, very spacious for your friends and family.

You’ll find all the comforts of home on this spacious boat, including a small kitchen, a seating area with air-conditioning, and a private toilet. There’s an icebox for your catch and a refrigerator where you can put your food and drinks.

Fishing-wise, Capt. Dave takes great pride in providing everything you could possibly need, including top-line rods and reels, cut bait, and an assortment of lures. If you want to use live bait, it can be purchased on the way out or caught with the captain. The boat sports a flybridge and outriggers, so you’re covered on all fronts.

When it comes to your prey, there’s a wide array of species you can hook, and your guide is happy to customize the trip to your fishing ambitions. Whether it’s majestic Sailfish, tough-fighting Wahoo or delicious Mahi Mahi and Tuna you're after, Capt. Dave can make it happen. If you prefer bottom fishing, then Grouper, Snapper, and Amberjack are all in the cards.

The first mate, Teddy, will be with you on the trip to help out with everything you need. He and the captain will even clean and fillet the catch for you after the trip. For his good work, a 18–25% tip is a great way to show your gratitude.

Kids of all ages are welcome to join you on the trip, there will be life jackets for everyone on board. Feel free to bring food and drinks, we provide coolers with ice.

Looking to get on the water for a couple hours catch some fish and have a good time with Soflo Sportfishing

3hr for beginners and kids

This 4-hour excursion is an excellent choice for beginner anglers. Trolling the reef for sailfish, kingfish, barracuda, wahoo, mahi, tuna, snapper, grouper. Using Bonita or Ballyhoos for bait while trolling is the most effective way to land large predators while covering lots of ground. Live bait fishing is available upon request, we can either catch our own bait or purchase on the way out. Kite fishing in the winter and spring is another effective method of fishing we teach our anglers.

This is a great middle-ground trip for everyone who wants to go offshore and look for Mahi mahi. Dave will tailor the trip to your preferences, so you can do some offshore fishing and reef fishing. All you need to bring is whatever you want to eat and drink we provide coolers with ice.

3/4 Day offshore fishing

3/4 Day offshore fishing - 12:00 PM

A full day trip will give you enough time to explore multiple fishing spots, switch between techniques, target multiple species, and experience the full extent of this amazing fishery. Depending on what you want to focus on the most, you can fish offshore for Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, and Tuna, or you can go bottom fishing for Grouper and Snapper to reel in some tasty table fare. Just bring your food and drinks for the day as well as some cash for the tip.
