Your Fishing Charter

Spend the day with Henry The King Fisher and find out what the fishing in Tamarindo is all about! With Captain Henry at the helm, you're in knowledgeable and experienced hands.

Top targets include Snappers, Cero Mackerel, Blackfin Tuna, Bluefin Tuna, Corvina, Mahi Mahi, and more, depending on when you go. You can expect to do some light tackle fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. For the more adventurous among you, there's spearfishing.

Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise, you should bring your own. Also, remember to bring snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty stomach! 

Your vessel for the day is a 26' Yamaha center console with space for 7 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Your captain will provide rods and reels.

You might need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect. Don't forget to bring sunglasses, a hat, and sunblock (non-spray). There will be water and beer aboard.  Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Come and fish your heart out!  We can go deep sea fishing or off shore. Feel the breeze and enjoy the warm air from the water.  Captain Henry will take you on a fishing adventure of a lifetime.  He has all of the necessary equipment and has been known to almost always come back with lot of fish.  He has all of the rods, spearfishing equipment and live bait. 
Life Jackets are provided.
