Your Fishing Charter

Join Chamorrita Charters for a fun and productive day on the prolific waters of Lake Superior! Team up with Captain Sean Thompson, who has years of fishing expertise that he’ll use to put you on the top-notch bite.

Lake Superior fishery needs no introduction, and if you’ve come here to get your fill of Lake Trout, Salmon, or Walleye fishing, Capt. Sean is your guy. From mid-May to the beginning of October, he runs full and half day trips out of Duluth, MN, for all the most popular catches in the area. Chinook and Coho Salmon are on the menu, as well as Walleye, Lake Trout, and Sturgeon.

Capt. Sean specializes in a variety of techniques that he’ll gladly show you, and he’ll also provide you with quality Okuma equipment to battle your catch and get it into the boat. You’ll use an assortment of lures to get that fish to bite, and you’ll have a first mate on board to help you with everything. Tips are a great way to show your appreciation for his hard work.

You’ll be fishing out of a 2009 - 2605 Striper that can comfortably sit up to 4 anglers and have them fishing at the same time. Strong engines will get you to the fishing grounds in no time, and in between the bites, you can relax in the cabin or enjoy the views. When you come back to the dock, the crew will clean and fillet the catch for your convenience.

Come with your best fishing buddies or your family, and Capt. Sean will make sure you have a blast. Kids of all ages are welcome aboard, and there will be life jackets ready for them. All you need to start your trip is a fishing license and some drinks and snacks to keep you focused and energized.

If you don't feel like getting up super early, no worries! The afternoon bite on Lake Superior is excellent. Capt. Sean will make it his mission to put you on some hot action, whether you'd like to target Salmon, Trout, Sturgeon, or Walleye. He'll provide all the necessary tackle and expert advice, and it's up to you to show up with a valid fishing license, your favorite food and drinks, and a good fishing mood. This trip is seasonal.
