Your Fishing Charter

Visit the waters off the coast of Massachusetts with Four C’s Fishing Charters and get ready for a great time! Our crew will take you to some of the best fishing spots in the area. They have been fishing these waters for over 20 years, and they will make sure you have a great time reeling in these amazing fish!

Come aboard our 35’ RP Willis Beal downeast boat, powered by a 465 HP Yanmar engine. Restored in 2021, it’s the perfect vessel to take out for a day of fishing fun with friends and family. There are navigational electronics to help put you on the fish, and there’s a toilet and a bed for your convenience. It can accommodate up to 6 people.

Depending on the type of trip you choose to go on, you can expect to come across a wide variety of species. The waters out of Gloucester are home to Haddock, Cod, Pollock, Striped Bass, Flounder, Tuna, and a variety of Shark. No matter your skills and experience, there’s something for everyone here!

The Four C's crew will make sure to have all the fishing equipment you’ll need ready for you on board. You’ll get live bait and a range of artificial lures to get the most out of your fishing adventure. At the end of the day, the crew will clean and fillet your catch, so you can look forward to having a delicious meal with the family once you’re back home.

Speaking of family, if you want to turn this into a great trip with the little ones, feel free to do so. Kids are welcome to come on board, and this is a great opportunity to make some nice memories with them.  Discounts are available for veterans, police, fire, and EMS. If you’re a Medal of Honor recipient, Capt. Bobby invites you to come fishing free of charge. It’s his way to show appreciation so feel free to send him a message for more details.

We have a robust shark population in the waters off Cape Ann.   Porbeagles, Blue Shark. Makos, Threshers.   All these species offer up a decent fight.  Especially on lighter gear.

Mostly on Tues Fri Sat  but deeper into the season when commercial tuna is shut down due to quota fullfillment, more dates become available.

We encounter a variety of sea life throught the summer.   Humpbacks, Minke, Dolphin and Porpoise are always fun to watch.   

We prefer not to interrupt our commercial tuna harvesting so whale watching dates are reserved for Friday and Saturday.

Whale Watching

Go after the strongest fish in the ocean and fulfill a lifelong dream. Fighting these giants is a lot of work a lot of time and a lot of fun! Additionally, we occasionally hook up to large species of Shark and see whales.  The trip starts early in the morning, this is a long day of fishing.  Plan on 10+ hours – trips have gone from before sun up to after sunset.
We usually hook up with fish in the 300-1000lb category.

12 Hour Trip – Tuna

We split the day!   Targeting Bluefin Tuna in the morning then swithching over to groundfish in the afternoon.
