They have been fishing these waters for over 20 years, and they will make sure you have a great time reeling in these amazing fish!
Come aboard our 35' RP Willis Beal downeast boat, powered by a 465 HP Yanmar engine. Restored in 2021, it's the perfect vessel to take out for a day of fishing fun with friends and family. There are navigational electronics to help put you on the fish, and there's a toilet and a bed for your convenience. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
Depending on the type of trip you choose to go on, you can expect to come across a wide variety of species. The waters out of Gloucester are home to Haddock, Cod, Pollock, Striped Bass, Flounder, Tuna, and a variety of Shark. No matter your skills and experience, there's something for everyone here!
The Four C's crew will make sure to have all the fishing equipment you'll need ready for you on board. You'll get live bait and a range of artificial lures to get the most out of your fishing adventure. At the end of the day, the crew will clean and fillet your catch, so you can look forward to having a delicious meal with the family once you're back home.
Speaking of family, if you want to turn this into a great trip with the little ones, feel free to do so. Kids are welcome to come on board, and this is a great opportunity to make some nice memories with them. Discounts are available for veterans, police, fire, and EMS. Combination Tuna/Cod/Haddock on July 8, 2022 • 2 adults4 C’s has the right crew and equipment. Great communication from the start. I told them what I wanted and man they delivered. They found the bite quickly. We even changed the plan for the day half way through because we were catching so much. Capt Jeff was amazing as was his mate Drew. Only downside is that these fish are way strong than you might think. We hooked some monsters and kept the small ones. Better work out and get ready to go tails up with the 4 C’s crew. Amazing day, we had whales and sharks on top of the crazy tuna bites. We will definitely be back

12 Hour Trip – Veterans 50% Off on October 2, 2020 • 4 adultsBoth trips with Captain Bobby were amazing. He was great with all of us, teaching us every step of the way, telling us what we could expect, and answered any questions we had. As rookies to tuna fishing, he was a wealth of information and super friendly. We learned so much and had a blast. As for the fishing, we brought in a 96" blue fin tuna the first trip that dressed at 346 lb. It was really the thrill of a lifetime. The second trip we reeled in a big thresher shark that thrashed loose at the boat, but the experience was still great. Also caught a smaller blue shark and lots of bait fish, including squid. The Capt cut and cleaned all of the squid and sent us home with 4 bags of calamari, PLUS some tuna and shark meat from his trip the day before. Seriously the nicest guy, extremely knowledgeable and hard working, as is his crew (Rick trip 1, Kev trip 2). We all had a great time. Can't wait to get back out there with these guys again!

Special 6 hour trip for Nicole Boyd on July 12, 2020 • 4 adultsHonestly I can’t say enough great things about our trip on 7/12. Captain Bob put his all into our trip and though we came up short in the fish department he did everything possible to land us something. We did end up catching a skate and he taught my 6 year old daughter as much as he could about them. All day long himself and his mate Victoria were super attentive and kind to her and honestly treated her like their own. 10/10 recommend for a trip with children. The boat was very spacious and clean and equipment top notch in my book. It was a very relaxing beautiful day and by the end it felt like we had been friends with them forever. Definitely wanting to book our next trip with them, hopefully a tuna trip! Thank you captain Bob!

8 Hour Trip – Groundfish on August 30, 2021 • 4 adultsGreat time fishing on the Four C’s with Captain Bobby and first mate Stan. Goal was to go fish some haddock and it was accomplished everyone on board was able to go home with a fresh bag of haddock. Thanks again Bobby and Stan for a great day of fishing. 5 Hour Trip (AM) – Groundfish on August 6, 2020 • 2 adultsEnjoyed a fun day with Captain Bobby & mate Kevin. They were friendly, professional and educational on the area, fish species they target, gear and techniques. A stray herring caught on a cod rod, turned into a lucky bait that produced a nice 80" butterball. We got time on the rod & enjoyed the entire process from the fight and cleaning to selling the fish back at dock. We'll be back aboard the Four C's again soon and recommend you join them too.

The Four C's was the best fishing experience I have ever had. The Capt made sure we had a great experience and helped make my children's first deep sea fishing trip so memorable. We went fishing for my son and his friends for his thirteenth birthday. It was an amazing deep sea fishing trip to say the least. We hit 3 different spots and caught a lot of fish, different varieties. Captain Bobby and his mate did an awesome job working with the kids, explained them and taught them different fishing techniques. We all had blast, hope to do this again in the future.
EPIC TRIP!! Caught 7 different species of bottom fish, sharks AND a shorty BLUEFIN we got to take home. Every expectation was exceeded & my family was vibrating with excitement well into the next day. The knowledge, coordination & communication demonstrated to keep that Bluefin Missile on the line & into the boat was awesome to watch. Doing it successfully in the midst of an anxious teen and family members trying to catch it on camera is a demonstration of how truly skilled these two are. They were simultaneously patient and kind to us & treated my family as if they were their own. Boat owner (Bob) & First Mate Kevin even came down to meet us at the dock & share in some sashimi & drinks to celebrate! Not all chartered trips are this successful from a fishing perspective, but even if we had not landed the big ones, the experience would have been a great one. 4Cs is on my ‘highly recommend’ list and where I will take my family and friends when I want to deep sea fish! We’ll done gentlemen!!

Captain Jeff and 1st mate Rick were a well oiled machine. The trip I paid for was a haddock trip and when we got to the boat he explained haddock fish has been hit or miss but if we wanted at no extra cost he would take us out for Tuna. So Tuna hunting we did. Unfortunately we didn’t land a Tuna but was fortunate enough to witness one hitting our bait and hearing the reel scream like a bunch of banshees and seeing the rod bend over to what seemed to me a 90 degree bend. That moment was intense and adrenaline filled and while we wasn’t able to set the hook that screaming of the reel as the fish took line will forever ring in my memory. Next time Capt as I feel I was given a dose of some forbidden fruit and now my fishing bucket list won’t be complete until I land me a Tuna. Thank you Bobby for setting us up with such a good crew and I’ll be back to catch the ONE that got away.
