Your Fishing Charter

Drifter Excursions welcomes you to the stunning waters of Hilton Head Island. 

These waters are known for Blacktip, Bonnethead, Bull, Hammerhead, and Lemon Sharks, Whiting, Redfish and more – with any luck, they'll make your reel scream. On the day of your trip, you're likely to bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Any fish caught on these trips will be released. 

You'll be casting lines from a 25' Center console. The Ricochet is a Coast Guard-inspected vessel that is licensed to take up to 12 passengers. On these trips, up to 10 guests are allowed for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are covered by the charter. Capt. Jennifer is happy to have kids aboard, so feel free to make a family day out of it! 

A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. A 20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work. There's no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! 

A few items to bring include snacks, drinks, sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), and a hat.  Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

In the early spring (March thru early April) the Ricochet will be targeting stingrays, Whiting and Blue Claw crabs. This fishing trip will be a combination of fishing and crabbing. The calm waters of Calibogue Sound and the surrounding marshes are the perfect location to try your luck and see what you might catch on the end of the line!
