For your next trip to Destin, look no further than Always Tight Fishing Charters, a locally owned and operated charter company. Captain Tyler and his crew are locals who have been fishing these waters for over 25 years with great success. They want to make sure you have a great day out with them, learn about the area, and catch some top fish.

The boat is a 38 ft Infinity built here locally in ft. Walton beach,it has plenty of room for groups of 6 to fish comfortably. It’s powered by a pair of caterpillar 420HP turbo diesels that will cruise at around 28 knots. Also equipped on the boat is a tower to help spot fish.A/C cabin for those hot summer days, very nice and clean bathroom, Navigational equipment includes VHF radio, GPS, radar, and a fishfinder so the captain can pinpoint fish locations and get you to them pronto.

There are plenty of trips to choose from – whether this is your first fishing trip or you’re looking to test your skills, you’ll find the perfect trip for you when fishing with Capt. Tyler. 

Species vary depending on which trip you choose but can include Blackfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Red Snapper, Spanish and King Mackerel, Tarpon, Cobia, Amberjack, Blacktip Shark, Jack Crevalle, and plenty more. What are you waiting for? There is a fish out here with your name on it!

Included in the price of the trip are top quality rods and reels that won’t let you down when reeling in your first ever fish or your trophy catch. The fishing license for the whole group is also included. You’ll also help to catch the live bait (when live bait is needed) giving you the full fishing experience.

You’ll need to bring along your own snacks and drinks on these trips. These can go into the captain’s cooler on board. You should also pack sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat.

These 4-hour trips are designed for action-catching several species such as snapper, trigger, mackerel, and more. The rods, reels, and license for the day are all included in the price of the trip. You should bring food, drink, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat along.

4 Hour Trip – Bottom Fishing - 6:00 AM

Let's go try and catch Shark of a lifetime! Fishing gear and license are included, you only need to bring snacks if you wish, as well as sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat.

We will head to the top fisheries to target Amberjack, Triggerfish, vermillion snapper, and plenty more. The fishing rods and reels are all included in the price of the trip, along with the fishing license for the day. You just need to bring along food and drink, which can go into the captain's cooler, along with sun protection such as a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

5 Hour Trip – Bottom Fishing (AM)

You'll begin the trip by trolling for live bait. After, you'll cruise to the beaches, trolling the live bait looking for King Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, Bonito, Tuna, and Spanish Mackerel. This is a great relaxing form of fishing that families will really enjoy. All the fishing equipment is included, along with the license for the whole group. You only need to bring your own food and drink, which can go into the captain's cooler. Don't forget your sunscreen, shades, and a hat. Once you have enough for the day, 

5 Hour Trip – Trolling

5 Hour Trip – Trolling - 1:00 PM

This is the trip for anglers who want to try trolling, bottom fishing, and catching live bait. You'll target a range of species, including King and Spanish Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, Blackfin Tuna, Red Snapper, Amberjack, Grouper, and Sharks depending on whats in season during the time of your trip. All the fishing gear and tackle are included in the price, along with the fishing license for the day. You only need to worry about bringing food and drink.

6 Hour – Troll & Bottom Fishing

6 Hour – Troll & Bottom Fishing - 1:00 PM

If you're looking for a day full of reeling in the big ones then this trip is for you. Our crew uses several methods to catch the fish of a lifetime such as sight fishing, down rigging, trolling and bottom-fishing! All of our trips are all-inclusive except snacks and drinks so make sure you bring enough for the day, we are looking forward to fishing with you!

8 Hour Fishing Adventure

All day 12hr fun normally consists of fishing around the 50-75 mile range usually resulting in a larger better catch! These trips are for the hard core anglers looking to catch the most and largest species that are in season at the time of your trip. If you're looking for a meat haul this trip is for you, dont wait book now! Make sure to bring a cooler with your favorite lunch and drinks as will need it after the work you will put in reeling in the monsters!
