If you're ready to experience fishing in Corpus Christi, we've got you covered with Veteran owned and Operated Bent Poles Fishing Charters. Captain Michael will be your guide, which means you'll tap into years of sportfishing experience. 

Species like Speckled Trout, Flounder, Redfish, Black Drum, and more can be found in these waters, depending on conditions. You'll target your catch by light tackle fishing, popping, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. 

Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. You're welcome to bring snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty stomach! 

Your trip begins aboard a 25' Majek Illusion center console with a capacity for 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.

Before coming aboard, you will be required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect. It's recommended to bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and other drinks. Bottled water will be provided. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, avoid glass bottles.
