Galveston Fishing Adventures welcomes you to the stunning waters of Galveston. Galveston Fishing Adventures has several Licensed Captains who will be your guide, so you’ll benefit from years of experience fishing these waters.

Species like Flounder, Redfish, Blacktip Shark, Bonnethead Shark, Black Drum, Speckled Trout, Spotted Seatrout, Spanish Mackerel, Sheepshead, and more inhabit these waters if you come at the right time of year. During the trip, you might be spinning, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

If you’re traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Snacks are also a good idea to keep ‘em happy!

You’ll be casting lines from a 24’ Cobia center console that can carry up to 6 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. Galveston Fishing Adventures has rods and reels for you. Live bait is available.

Before coming aboard, you’ll need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

Some essentials to bring are sunscreen (non-spray), sunglasses, and bottled water. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Your captain will make sure you're decked out with all the fishing gear you need for a fun and productive morning. Just bring drinks, snacks, and a valid fishing license. Due to fuel costs, a $30 per motor surcharge is required.

4 Hour Trip – Inshore (AM)

A 6-hour trip for beginners in the immediate marina area. Ideal for families with small children or who just want to stay very close by and pick up a few small fish, learn techniques, and spend a little relaxing time on the water. You'll head out to Galveston's Exciting inshore waters for the chance to hook some famous fish, including the Texan Slam of Redfish, Trout, Flounder and so much more! Your captain will make sure you're decked out with all the fishing gear you need for your day on the water, so just bring along snacks, drinks, your camera, and a valid fishing license. Fuel surcharge of $30 per motor.

6 Hour Trip – Jetty/Channel (AM)

6 Hour Trip – Jetty/Channel (PM)

If you want to come across some world-famous sea creatures, join your captain for this Inshore Shark adventure! You'll throw big lines out for Sharks in the Jetty-Galveston Ship Channel Area, where you'll hope to hook adrenaline-pumping species such as Bull, Blacktip, and Spinner Sharks to name a few. Your captain will make sure you're decked out with all the fishing gear you'll need for a productive trip, so just bring along your snacks and drinks and a fishing license. A fuel surcharge of $30 per motor.
