Hoping to go fishing in Paihia? Look no further than Captain Bucko Fish And Dive! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Bucko is prepared to put you on fish.

Local species include Crayfish, Groupers, John Dory, Kahawai, Blue Marlin, Pink Maomao, Scorpionfish, Snappers, King fish, and more if conditions are right. For these species, you’re likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Capt. Bucko also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear. For the more adventurous among you, there’s spearfishing.

Captain Bucko Fish And Dive is a kid-friendly charter service, so get ‘em offline and onto the water! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. Feel free to bring your own snacks to keep up those energy levels!
