Your Fishing Charter

The Sunshine State is blessed with amazing inshore fishing, thanks to two highly-productive areas, the Banana Lagoon and the Indian River Lagoon. Slightly Obsessed Fishing Charters takes full advantage of that fact and puts you on the hottest bite in the waters of these natural wonders!

Captain Eric Myers invites you to join him on board his 22’ Pathfinder. She’s quite roomy, thanks to her center console design, allowing for up to 4 anglers to fish in comfort, without tangling lines. Thanks to her wireless trolling you can sneak up on the spookiest of fish living in the lagoons. Her shallow draft allows you to easily navigate the inlets and tiny islands that make these waters so productive. Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Black Drum, and the gorgeous Snook, all of the inshore A-listers are on the catch menu.

If you’re a fan of blue waters, nearshore trips are also available! Anglers looking to test their mettle will be glad to hear they can hook up Cobia, one of the best fighters pound-for-pound. Trophy fishermen can go after the Silver King, and finally tick that off their bucket list. Kingfish and Tripletail, as well as other fish, can be targeted in these waters. Nearshore trips are run out of Port Canaveral.

Remember to bring sunscreen and polarized sunglasses, the captain will take care of everything else. Equipment, fishing licenses, lures, a cooler, bait, it’s all covered for and included in the price. Remember to bring some bags, so you can bring your tasty catch home with you after the captain cleans and fillets it.

Four-hour fishing trip in either the Banana or Indian River Lagoons. You will experience a variety of light tackle fishing situations and will be targeting Redfish, Seatrout, Black Drum, as well as seasonal Snook and Tarpon.

Half Day Trip - Inshore (AM)

This 6-hour trip will take you fishing either in the Banana or Indian River Lagoon. They're very productive waters and you can expect to target Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Black Drum, Redfish, Tarpon, and Snook. You'll mostly use light tackle, for an extra challenge and extra fun!

3/4 Day Trip - Inshore (AM)

Five-hour nearshore fishing trip out of Port Canaveral on the Atlantic Ocean. You will experience a variety of nearshore fishing and will be targeting Tarpon, Tripletail, Cobia, Kingfish, Redfish, Jack Crevalle, Sharks and more.

Half Day Nearshore (up to 5 miles)

An 8 hour backcountry trip in pursuit of redfish, trout, drum, tarpon, snook and more!

Full Day - Inshore

This 8-hour trip will take you after the all-stars of Florida's Nearshore waters: Cobia, Tarpon, Tripletail, Kingfish, Jack Crevalle, Sharks, and many other species. The captain will provide you with all the required equipment. You'll head out of Port Canaveral and hit the Atlantic waters.
