Your Fishing Charter

Make some memories in Jacksonville and go fishing with Fly Guys Charters. Your guide for the day is Captain Marshall, giving you access to years of angling experience.

These waters are known for Spotted Seatrout, Redfish, Flounder, Whiting, Jack Crevalle, Bluefish, and more – with any luck, you'll hook into a few!

During the trip you might be spinning, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Matthew also offers fly fishing, and you do not need to bring your own fly gear. For the more adventurous among you, there's bowfishing.

Young ones are welcome, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Feel free to bring your own snacks to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!

Your vessel for the day is a 18' Xplor skiff with room for 3 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, along with lures. Live bait is available, but be sure to request it prior to your trip, so that we will not waste time catching it during your charter!

The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.

Don't forget to bring sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen (non-spray). There will be free water included, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks provided on board.

Night Fishing in Jacksonville can be particularly productive. On this trip we will head out just before nightfall, locate and fish for redfish or flounder on the flats before heading to either fish for Dock-light trout, or Bowfish for flounder, sheepshead, and other bowfishable species.

For the more passionate anglers, we offer a full day trip. We will begin early in the morning, and follow the best tides to hunt for low tide redfish, flood tide redfish, dock trout, or flounder hiding around structure.
