Benny’s Book a Mate & Fishing Charters is your key to a successful trip with a lot of exciting catches. With Benny and his tournament-winning crew of captains, you will be spoiled for choice. After your day out with them, you will surely be grilling fish for dinner!

Your Captain will take you fishing the prolific waters of Pompano Beach. The best thing about the area is that you don’t have to travel too far out at all! They will show you the hottest spots and honey holes right around the corner. 

You will be fishing the drop-offs, endless artificial reefs, and rocky piles. Get some Bonito, crank up Mahi, score Kingfish, Tuna, and Wahoo. Head up to Sailfish Alley or venture out to the Gulf Stream for Swordfish.

Hit the best fishing spots in search of Snapper Rosies and Tilefish. Load the boat with good-eating fish and come back to shore with your own catch of the day. Bennys crew works hard for a successful catch on whichever trip you decide to choose. 

Benny’s Book a Mate & Fishing Charters will take you out aboard a 27’ SeeVee center console. The boat has everything you need for a successful day on the water. It comes powered by a 300 HP Suzuki engine (new motors changed every other year) and is fully outfitted with the latest electronics, professional tools, and accessories to put you on fish.

All trips come with quality gear, tackle, lures, and licenses. The crew will clean your catch when you’re done. If you have any questions or goals for your trip please message them after booking and they'll contact you before your trip. Don't forget to tip your captain at the end! 20% is standard.

3 Hour Trip – Inshore Fishing

You can customize any trip you want just let us know your preferences! Fishing methods consist of trolling, kite fishing, deep dropping, sport fishing, deep sea fishing, or bottom fishing. Our main target species are mahi, tuna, wahoo, kingfish, sailfish, swordfish, and sharks. You will be fishing offshore, right off the edge or outside of the reefs. 4 Hour Trip – Offshore (AM)

This is the trip you book when you want to put your biggest catch of the day on the wall as a trophy. You can target sharks, sailfish, barracuda, amberjack, and more! No playing around with the small fish. This trip is go big or go home!

4 Hour–Big Boys Only Trophy Hunter!

With any of our trips you can talk to us and request to do anything youd like from specific fishing methods or target species  to adding more time or even just cruising or sight seeing.  If you want a serious customized fishing trip please call us shortly after booking to go over all of the details. We will also reach out to you if we dont hear from you.. the boats yours for the set time to do whatever you want! (Same with all trips)

8 Hour Trip – Offshore (PM)

This is a full-day adventure! These trips average 8 hours and besides Swordfish, you'll also target Mahi Mahi on the way to the Sword grounds! With 20 miles in each direction, you'll usually find some Mahi. Once you're at the fishing grounds, you'll use electric reels to drop over 1650' to the bottom to hook a sea monster AKA Broadbill Swordfish.

8 Hour Trip – Swordfish Offshore

A fishing special. You'll spend the entire day offshore with live bait included on this fishing charter. With extra funds for fuel and bait, you'll be sure to go the distance to find the fish while using the same methods of fishing we use during our fishing tournaments. We have a reputation in the tournament circuit and our list of winnings/rankings are to show for it. Target species will be mahi, tuna, wahoo, kingfish, and/or sailfish depending on the season but we always consider your opinion as well!
