Ready to cast a line in Erie? Capt Jonathan is here to make it happen!

Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Smallmouth Bass, Walleye, Freshwater Drum, and plenty more.

On the day of your trip you're likely to troll using light or heavy tackle. Capt Jonathan also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear. 

Any fish within the legal limit are yours to take home.

If you're traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. And, you can't go wrong with snacks for a boost of energy when needed! 

You'll find yourself aboard a 21' Ranger bass boat with space for 4 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures.

You will need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

Some essentials to bring are sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. Bottled water will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Trip time can be adjusted based on availability and your schedule. We'll be targeting big smallmouth bass on Lake Erie and Presque Isle Bay near Erie, Pennsylvania. We are open to other gamefish that are biting seasonally, as well. This 6 hour trip starts at 12 noon and good till 6PM.

6 Hour Trip (12PM)

Trip time can be adjusted based on availability and your schedule. We'll be targeting big smallmouth bass on Lake Erie and Presque Isle Bay near Erie, Pennsylvania. We are open to other gamefish that are biting seasonally, as well. This 6 hr. trip is the most popular of all the trips Half days are 4 hours in the AM hours of the day.
