Brice Williamson & crew are seasoned USCG-licensed captains committed to your safety and enjoyment, guiding every trip with local knowledge and professional care. With 7 boats & guides in our fleet, we can accommodate any size group!

Join Capt. Brice aboard his custom 23' Blackjack bay boat—fully equipped with USCG safety gear, fishing tackle, and snorkeling equipment—for a fishing trip targeting inshore favorites like Redfish, Tripletail, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Sheepshead, White Trout, and Black Drum. Seasonal catches include Mahi-Mahi, Cobia, Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel, Pompano, Ladyfish, Sharks as well as trophy-sized Tripletail and Tarpon. Trips range from 3 to 8 hours and may involve light or heavy tackle, jigging, trolling, popping, or spinning. 

Looking for something different? Come scalloping with us during the summer months! It’s a fun, family-friendly underwater treasure hunt in the shallow grass beds—great for all ages.

If you’re looking for something truly unique, don’t miss our nighttime flounder gigging trips—a thrilling coastal tradition ideal for families and adventurous guests.

Not into fishing? Our custom cruises and eco-tours are the perfect way to explore the barrier islands, shell beaches, and local wildlife. Options include dolphin-watching, island drop-offs, and laid-back sightseeing. Each trip is fully customizable for your group.

During fall and winter, we also offer fully guided duck, gator, and hog hunts for those looking to experience Florida’s wild side.

All fishing licenses, rods, reels, and terminal tackle are provided. We’ll clean and bag your catch at the end of the trip for an additional fee of $1.50/lbs. Just bring drinks, snacks, sunscreen, and a cooler for your fish.

Featured in both Florida Sportsman magazine and Florida Country magazine, Williamson Outfitters is the guide of choice for the Apalachee Bay area! Tripletail, Speckled and White Trout, Redfish, Sheepshead, Flounder, and Black Drum are available year-round. From April to November, there will be plenty of Pompano, Spanish Mackerel, Ladyfish, and sharks. In June, July, and August, you'll have the best chance to reel in trophy-sized Tripletail. Ask about our duck hunts and gator hunts!

Frog gigging on your bucket list? Let Williamson Outfitters take you on a trip of a lifetime! Frog gigging is a very unique and exceptionally fun way to harvest tasty amphibians along freshwater banks! Its also a great way to "beat the heat" during the hot summer months! These charters typically begin at dusk. We will provide you with all of the necessary gigging gear as well as teaching your crew the proper techniques.

Get the full “Old Florida” experience with a fun, guided coastal duck hunt & inshore fishing package (better known as a “Cast-N-Blast” charter)! Let our experienced duck guides take you & your crew on a fun diver duck hunt then finish the day with a relaxing inshore fishing trip with one of our experienced fishing guides!

Join Williamson Outfitters for a thrilling Nearshore Reef Fishing Charter in the productive state waters of Florida’s Forgotten Coast! These trips take you just offshore—within 9 miles—where natural and artificial reefs are teeming with hard-fighting and delicious species. Target a variety of reef dwellers like rock bass, red and mangrove snapper, gag grouper, triggerfish, and more. Our nearshore reef trips are a perfect fit for families, beginners, and seasoned anglers alike.

Nearshore Reef Fishing (5 hrs)

Mahi Mahi is a fast-growing species with a lifespan of no more than 5 years. When being chased, it can turn on its neon colors and run at speeds of up to 5 knots. This fish lurks beneath weed lines as well as any floating debris that can hold bait. Light-tackle anglers often catch dozens of smaller Mahi. July and August are the best months for this species in the area. You'll be nearshore fishing in Florida state waters, within 9 miles offshore.

This 8-hour summer-only trip (May–September) targets North Florida’s top 4 inshore game fish: redfish, speckled trout, flounder, and tripletail. Inshore Slam! (Full Day - 8 hrs)

Florida scalloping and inshore fishing combo charter running July - September. Have a blast on the water chasing inshore fish such as Speckled Trout, Redfish, Tripletail, Spanish Mackerel, Ladyfish, and more. Then, you can cool off by snorkeling around on the shallow grassy flats searching for delectable Florida Bay Scallop! Jul 1 - Sep. 24, you can fish in Franklin and Wakulla Counties. Aug 16 - Sep 24, you can fish in Gulf County (Port St Joe). Scallop cleaning is not included.
