If you're ready to go fishing in Marathon, book a trip with Ariel Medero. Your guide for the day is Captain Ariel, bringing aboard their professional experience. 

Depending on conditions, you might hook into Red Grouper, Gag Grouper, Amberjack, Mahi Mahi, Cobia, Goliath Grouper, Black Grouper, Sailfish, and anything else that bites. During the trip you might be light tackle fishing, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Ariel also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear. 

Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are permitted onboard — bring your favorites for a boost of energy when needed! 

You'll be fishing aboard a 25' Center console with space for 4 passengers. It comes with outriggers, and everything you need for a productive day on the water. What's more, this vessel is wheelchair accessible. Rods, reels, and tackle are included, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.

A few items to bring include sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. Bottled waters are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

You will be fishing on the reefs in water depths depending on weather conditions, talk to the captain before the trip to confirm fish species. Gear, bait, bottled water, and fishing licenses for up to 6 anglers await on board.Please note that a customary 20% tip is not included in the price, so do not forget to thank the Captain for his service.

On the first half of our trip, you'll fish for Yellowtail, Mangrove Snapper, and Grouper. In the second half of the trip, set the rods out and troll offshore to target pelagic such as Mahi-Mahi, Tuna, and Wahoo. The goal is to catch a trophy fish while creating a memory of a lifetime. Seasons will determine your catch. Gear, bait, bottled water, and fishing licenses for up to 6 anglers await on board.

On this trip, you can pick from a variety of options - fish for Yellowtail, Mangrove Snapper, and Grouper. Set the rods out and troll to target pelagic's such as Mahi Mahi, Tuna, and Wahoo. Drift fish for some of your larger Mutton Snapper, Amberjack, and Kingfish. Seasons will determine your catch. Gear, bait, bottled water, and fishing licenses for up to 6 anglers await onboard.
