Spend the day with Tango X-Ray Fishing and get hooked on fishing in San Antonio!

Catfish, Freshwater Drum, and more can be found in these waters, depending on when you go. On these trips, it’s common to troll using light or heavy tackle. 

The fish caught are yours to keep, provided they're legal to keep.

Children are welcome, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Also remember to bring snacks! 

You'll be dropping lines from a 19' Mako 19CPX center console with space for 4 passengers. It comes with outriggers, downriggers, and everything you need for a productive day on the water. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is available, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.

You will need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

You can't go wrong when you bring sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
