Maritime Charters will take you on a fishing adventure on the waters of Lake Michigan. Your tournament-winning captain will make sure to take you to the best fishing spots, and show you all the honey holes. Captain Marc Sobeski has been fishing for over 25 years, so you can be sure you’re in good hands.

The captain will be behind the wheel of a 36’ Tiara express cruiser that can give a ride to up to 6 anglers. It runs on two 370 HP Twin Turbo Cummins Diesel engines, and can reach speeds of up to 30 knots. The boat is equipped with Raytheon electronics – think top-of-the-line GPS chart plotter, fishfinder, radar, and autopilot. When it comes to fishing gear, there are outriggers, Cannon electric downriggers, Shimano rods, and Shimano Tekota reels.

This charter takes you atop Lake Michigan waters on a quest for Coho, Chinook, Brown and Lake Trout, and Steelhead. Fishing these fellas is on fire throughout the year, and their numbers get really big. Lake Michigan is blessed with fish, and anglers here will likely lay their hands around some of the creatures.

You may have already landed trophy fish on Lake Michigan. You may be just wanting to take up a rod and try reeling in some fish. Either way, Capt. Marc surely has a hack or two to show and help you get that catch. He has been landing tournament victories since the youngest age. He knows the good spots, and together with his first mate will see to it that you have a memorable day.

If this doesn’t mean much to you, don’t feel intimidated - the crew loves to take on first-time fishers and help them have a fun day out in the open. If successful, you’ll keep the catch and the crew will clean and fillet it for you. To make it stay tasty, it’s good to bring a cooler.

Bring the fishing license. Grab snacks and drinks of choice, put on shades, adequate clothes, cap, and a camera.

5 Hour Trip (AM)

If you want to spend your afternoon fishing on Lake Michigan with a tournament-winning captain, this is your call. Capt. Marc takes you after Lake Trout, Brown Trout, Coho, Chinook, and Steelhead. The gear is waiting for you on board, grab your license, snacks, and drinks, and come along. 

5 Hour Trip (PM)

Departing out of McKinley Marina, heading out to the hottest fishing spot of the day! Captain Marc will take you after Coho, Chinook, Steelhead, Brown and Lake Trout.  Rods, reels, and tackle are waiting for you on board, just grab snacks and drinks. Take care of the license before you head out, and your fishing adventure can begin! The departure time can be 5 and 6 a.m.

6 Hour Trip

This package means 8 hours of action with an award-winning captain who knows the best of fishing spots. Capt. Marc will take you after Chinook, Coho, Lake and Brown Trout, and Steelhead. He'll get the gear, you should bring your license, and some refreshments. Then step on board and try to reel in the big ones! The departure time can be 5 and 6 a.m.
