There's a fish with your name on it in St. Petersburg and Renegade Inshore Fishing Charters will help you catch it! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Tom knows them forwards and back. 

Depending on conditions, you might hook into Snook, Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Tarpon, Black Drum, Mangrove Snapper, Tripletail, Flounder, Cobia, and who knows what else!

You can expect to do some spinning, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. 

Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! Please remember to bring snacks to ward off any mid-trip fatigue! 

Your day begins aboard a 22' Bay boat that can carry up to 4 passengers. It has all the essentials.

You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with live bait. We primarily use white bait here in Tampa Bay. If trips are booked in the cooler months we may use shrimp or artificial lures

The captain works very hard to make sure everyone is well taken care of has a good time. Tips are very much appreciated. It is customary to tip the captain 20 - 30 %.

Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, just show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.

It's always wise to bring sunblock (non-spray), sunglasses. Bottled water and ice is included, free of charge. Beer is ok. Hard liquor is not allowed.

Half Day Trip

This trip is my personal favorite! A 6-hour trip gives you plenty of time to target multiple species. Our fishery is highly tidal-dependent, and with 6 hours on the water, you'll have much more opportunity to catch the fish of a lifetime! Our main targets are snook, trout, redfish, tarpon, and black drum. During the cooler months, we focus on shallow-water grouper and kingfish. Let's have an amazing trip!

3/4 Day Trip — Recommended

The target species is and will be Tarpon! A lot of time and preparation goes into this kind of trip. When Tarpon bites, be prepared for an ultimate session of man vs. beast!

6 Hour Tarpon Trip

6 Hour Tarpon Trip - 8:00 AM

Tampa Bay is well known for offering a wide variety of fish to target. With a full day charter, you will have more time to get into some remote areas. Some of the species you can expect to see include Redfish, Kingfish, Snook, Trout, Tarpon (when in season) and more. The price of the trip includes rods, reels, and terminal tackle.

Full Day Trip

This is a specialty trip. Particular tides during the month are the best. Full moons and new moon phases. Please message the captain for the availability of these afternoon/evening tides. Crab flushes. The target species is and will be Tarpon. A lot of time and preparation goes into this kind of trip. When Tarpon bites, be prepared for an ultimate session of man vs. beast!
