Your Fishing Charter

Fin & Fly Fishing Charters offer anglers the opportunity to experience the thrill of deep-sea and inshore fishing in the rich waters of Cocoa Beach, Florida. Offering a variety of trips such as inshore, nearshore, shark fishing, and offshore deep sea trips, the charter caters to anglers of all types and skill levels.

Located only a short drive from popular destinations like Orlando, Daytona, Kissimmee, Merritt Island, Kennedy Space Center, Disney, and Universal Studios, Fin & Fly Charters is a great choice for anglers looking for a change of pace from the hectic rhythm of these attractions.

Your fishing boat for the day will be a 32’ Priority offshore sportfisher, powered by a 450 HP Cummins engine. The vessel’s been restored as recently as 2019 and is fully equipped with the latest safety equipment and onboard electronics. Featuring a live bait tank, outriggers, downriggers and fishfinder, everything you’ll need for a productive trip will be right at your fingertips. 

Kids are welcome to join in on the trips but the captain should be consulted to make sure the young ones are able to handle being on the water for the full duration of the trip. Life vests of appropriate sizes will be provided for everyone coming aboard. You’ll have access to top-notch Shimano rods and reels as well as live and artificial bait. Live bait is always caught during the trip and your daily fishing license is covered by the charter. If you’d like to, you can also have your catch cleaned by the crew at no extra cost.

You are only asked to pack some food and drinks, sunscreen and sunglasses and be at the meetup location 10-15 minutes prior to departure. Tips are not included in the price and suggested gratuity for the captain is 15-20%.

Including travel time, this full-day trip takes 9 hours from dock to dock. The captain will take you to rich offshore fishing grounds where you’ll have access to the most prized species available in these waters. The goal of this trip is for all anglers involved to have as much fun as possible and test their skills against the toughest fish around. Tips are not included in the trips and suggested gratuity for the captain is 15-20%.

4 Hour Trip – Shark (AM)

This half-day shark/beach trip that will take you exploring the richest fishing spots within 3 miles of the shore. The duration of the trip includes travel time, although that won’t be a big factor on this trip. Depending on the day, these trips can range from being action-packed to rather slow. The captain will contact you the evening before the trip to confirm the details and make sure the weather is good. Tips are not included in the trips and suggested gratuity for the captain is 15-20%.

4 Hour Trip – Shark (PM)

Explore the nearshore waters surrounding Cocoa Beach on this Shark/beach trip. You’ll stay within 3 miles of the shore and target Shark and several other inshore species. Keep in mind that these trips can be a hit or miss, depending on how good the bite is that day. You’ll be contacted by the captain ahead of the trip to verify all the details and confirm that the weather will be good on the day of the trip. Tips are not included in the trips and suggested gratuity for the captain is 15-20%.

4 Hour Trip – Shark (Evening)

From dock to dock, this trip will last 5 hours and take you to the most productive fishing grounds further offshore. You’ll spend the trip targeting whatever is biting best that day, giving you the highest chance of landing a catch and having fun as you’re doing it. The crew will clean any fish you catch at the conclusion of the trip. Tips are not included in the trips and suggested gratuity for the captain is 15-20%.

5 Hour Trip – Deep Sea (AM)

This trip will last 5 hours from dock to dock and will give you the chance to explore some of the best fishing grounds a bit further offshore. These trips are designed to get you the most action so you’ll be targeting whichever species is biting the best that day. Your daily catch will be cleaned at the end of the trip by the crew so you can have it for the way home. Tips are not included in the trips and suggested gratuity for the captain is 15-20%.
