Six Shooter Charters operates out of Pensacola, FL, offering a range of trips targeting all the Gulf’s top species. Florida’s Emerald Coast is famous throughout the country for its amazing food fishing, with vibrant reefs full of delicious table fare. The area also boasts incredible sport fishing for those willing to make the journey.

Hit the local reefs for Mangrove Snapper, Triggerfish, and Mackerel, or head further out for Red and Vermillion Snappers, Amberjack, Grouper, and much, much more. Up for even more of a challenge? Head to the very heart of the Gulf of Mexico to battle Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Wahoo, and the ultimate bluewater beast – Marlin.

You will be fishing aboard a 39 foot Topaz Royale air conditioned  sportfishing yacht. The boat can carry up to six anglers, and cruises at a speedy 21 knots to get you to the best spots in no time. Don’t worry about a bumpy ride, though, her massive size makes her rock-steady both on the move and at anchor.

You will have a choice of light and heavy tackle to use on your trip, with live bait fresh from the tank and a range of lifelike lures. Depending on the trip, you could be trolling, bottom fishing, jigging, or even spearfishing. 

You don’t need to be an expert to fish with Six Shooter Charters. Families and children are always welcome. You will have a skilled first mate working alongside you all trip to make sure you stay hooked up, and he will even fillet your fish for you at the end of the day. Just remember to bring ziplock bags and a cooler to put all your tasty fish in.

Targeted species depends on what is in season and what happens to be running. June through July we will be catching Red Snapper and other reef fish. Message the captain to discuss what we will be catching. Gratuity is not included in the trip price.

3/4 Day Trip (PM) –  Bottom Fishing

Eight hours of bottom fishing deeper wrecks and reefs mixed with a little bit of trolling if the customer chooses to do so.

8 Hour Trip – Bottom Fishing

Extended bottom fishing deeper water for different species depending on what is in season and running at that time.

10 Hour Trip – Offshore

Bottom fishing for different species of snapper grouper amberjack or whatever happens to be in season at that time

12 Hour Trip – Offshore

depending on what's running and time of year will determine what we will target. From deep dropping for different species of deepwater groupers to trolling for big game.
