Captain Chris Driver is a lifelong local of Saint Augustine and second generation captain with loads of knowledge of our local waters. He is offering inshore and near coastal fishing adventures targeting a multitude of species with the ability to change tactics depending on what you want to do. Children of all ages, lady anglers and families are more than encouraged to join. There’s nothing better than putting a kid on their first fish or helping to grow their love of the water and fishing!

Half Day Trip - Inshore on March 9, 2025
Inshore/offshore half day fishing.
Captain Chris made my grandson’s birthday! Not only was his boat and knowledge exceptional, he was never giving up! He put us on fish all morning long. We were able to catch yellow mouth trout and Red keepers. We all three caught our limit and had a great time. If your looking for a great experience look no more this is your Captain of choice ! Great job Chris and thank you for making my grandson’s experience a lifetime memory.

Captain Chris was super professional and friendly!
His boat was literally spotless and in perfect shipshape order. We caught a variety of different sharks including one 6-7 footer that my teenage son had great fun cranking in and a beautiful Spanish mackerel that was delicious. We will definitely book with Captain Chris when we get down that way again. A fun experience and in my view there is never a bad day on the water!

Which amenities are available onboard
What’s included in the trip price
Live bait is always included in the trip price and we never leave the marina without it. If you prefer artificial that is provided as well. Live bait is key in our area to catch the most fish!
Fish cleaning is included in the trip price. Your fish will be filleted and put in gallon ziplock bags for you to take home or to one of the local restaurants to have it prepared for you. Fish are cleaned at the marina at clean fish cleaning stations!
Bottled waters
Fishing licenses are included for all guests at no additional cost.
How cancellations work
Free cancellation up to 3 days prior to trip
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

Transfer to/from departure site is not included in trip rates.
Children of 5 and up are always welcomed aboard! Accommodations can be made for children a little younger, ask and I’ll see what we can work out. I love getting the kids on some fish!
