We did the 3 hour tour. Andrew & Hank wasted no time taking us exactly where we needed to be to catch a lot of fish - mostly grunts. They gave lots of info about fishing technique & about types of fish. They were very friendly & helpful & flexible with how we spent our time with what we were wanting out of the trip - enough fish for a meal then try for bigger fish with different bait in the short amount of time we had. My family of 5 all had a great time. The beautiful sunset from the boat was an added bonus. They suggested places to go with our catch so we went to Hog Island Fish Camp & they prepared our fish the way we wanted, some fried & some blackened, & it was absolutely delicious.

We had a great day of fishing on near perfect conditions. Andrew and Luke were very patient with the novice anglers and very knowledgeable. The entire family thoroughly enjoyed the experience and on our next visit to the area, we are looking forward to a 6 or 8 hour trip. The communication was excellent and our fishing reservation was changed due to the weather and it turned out perfectly.

Wow! Where to begin? Meet with Captain Andrew and Captain Hank at 7:45am. Leave dock at 8:00, discussed what we (our party was interested in catching). Four stops, wreck fishing, bottom fishing even went and did a little Goliath Grouper fishing. Entire day was action packed, not a dull moment. If you are reading this I know how you feel with a little uncertainty, put your fears aside and book with Captains Andrew ands Hank. Great guys, they worked hard for us and we brought home a cooler full of filets to include Red Grouper 24” caught by my grandson Everett, Snapper, Porgies, Key West Grunts. Could not have had a better day on the water. Thank you both very much, hope to see you all again in December.

Capt. Jason and his first mate Frankie did a phenomenal job from start to finish! We wanted our kids (ages- **hidden content**) just to have a good time catching some decent fish and maybe a shot at a big fish. The Captain listened to what we wanted and made some suggestions. We turned a 6hr trip to 8hrs to give our Capt. some more flexibility to accommodate what we wanted and the captain absolutely delivered 110%. First, they were excellent with our kids and patient with them. We started off catching snapper and grouper right away and 3 grouper over 22”. We caught just about every species of snapper and grouper. Here’s the greatest part of the trip; We had already had a great time and tons of fish to take home.  Captain Jason suggested we use the second part of the trip to troll for some bait and go after a Goliath Grouper, his specialty. We thought, sure why not but didn’t really believe it would happen. We trolled and caught some good fish the kids had fun bringing in and then we used these fish for bait. Here came the most unexpected. Not even minutes after Capt. Jason puts the live barracuda in the water he turns to us and says “okay who’s ready”? I thought he meant ready to fish for the Goliath, no he had already hooked it! He hands the pole to my son who is holding on for near life as this gigantic fish is almost pulling my 15 year old son in the water. We all took Turns fighting this fish and 20 minutes later Big Tom brings our 300+ pound Goliath grouper at the side of the boat! All of us minus the Capitan and mate were astonished. Even after this we still had time to hit one more spot where we pulled in some very good size gag grouper, they just weren’t in season yet. While it was a hot day, the crew did an amazing job making sure everyone was comfortable on the boat, everyone had the chance to bring in good size fish, and they went out of their way to make it an unforgettable trip. While this may be a hard story to believe about the Goliath Grouper, we have the pictures to prove it and will be sending them to our Captain to post wherever he wants.

You guys did a great job on a hot day and made it work better than we could have imagined. We just wanted our kids to have a good memorable experience and they ended up with an unforgettable amazing trip. It takes some special patience to deal with our kids at times, and this crew nailed it.

This trip exceeded our expectations.  Capt. Andy and Capt. Luke were amazing. They both were very out going, personable Capt. Who made the entire trip fun. They made sure everyone caught fish which we ended up catching 40+ fish. They gave us a great recommendation at Salt Cracker Fish Camp where we took part of our catch to eat. They cooked it to perfection. We had grilled Hogfish, blackened grunt and fried grunt. Everyone left full and happy. My boys who are 10 and 12 had the time of their life. We will be going again through 2Shea, but this time on an all day trip.
