2 Shea Charters
There’s a fish with your name on it in Clearwater, and 2 Shea Charters will help you catch it!
Depending on the season, you might hook into Amberjack, Grouper, Mangrove, Lane, Vermilion and Red Snappers, Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel, Grunt, Blacktip Shark, and whatever else is biting. Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself spinning, trolling, drifting, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. For the more adventurous among you, there’s spearfishing.
You’ll be casting lines from a 42’ Saltwater fishing with space for 6 guests and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There’s a restroom on board as well as Direct TV, Sirius radio, and live weather radar even when offshore. What’s more, this vessel is wheelchair accessible. Your captain will provide rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but be sure to ask about it ahead of time, so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
A First Mate will be there to assist you and make sure everything is running smoothly. A 10%–20% tip at the end of the day is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work. Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Simply ask, and your captain can tell you more. It’s recommended to bring sunblock (non-spray), sunglasses, snacks, and drinks. There will be bottled water available on board.
Fish caught during the trip are yours to take home, provided they’re legal to keep. The Mate can even clean your catch for you, so have a cooler ready in the car! If you’re traveling with the family, you’ll be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard. There’s no need to buy a fishing license. Just show up ready for a good time!

6 Hour Trip
Amazing Fishing Experience
Capt. Jason and his first mate Frankie did a phenomenal job from start to finish! We wanted our kids (ages- 13,13,15, 17) just to have a good time catching some decent fish and maybe a shot at a big fish. The Captain listened to what we wanted and made some suggestions. We turned a 6hr trip to 8hrs to give our Capt. some more flexibility to accommodate what we wanted and the captain absolutely delivered 110%. First, they were excellent with our kids and patient with them. We started off catching snapper and grouper right away and 3 grouper over 22”. We caught just about every species of snapper and grouper. Here’s the greatest part of the trip; We had already had a great time and tons of fish to take home. Captain Jason suggested we use the second part of the trip to troll for some bait and go after a Goliath Grouper, his specialty. We thought, sure why not but didn’t really believe it would happen. We trolled and caught some good fish the kids had fun bringing in and then we used these fish for bait. Here came the most unexpected. Not even minutes after Capt. Jason puts the live barracuda in the water he turns to us and says “okay who’s ready”? I thought he meant ready to fish for the Goliath, no he had already hooked it! He hands the pole to my son who is holding on for near life as this gigantic fish is almost pulling my 15 year old son in the water. We all took Turns fighting this fish and 20 minutes later Big Tom brings our 300+ pound Goliath grouper at the side of the boat! All of us minus the Capitan and mate were astonished. Even after this we still had time to hit one more spot where we pulled in some very good size gag grouper, they just weren’t in season yet. While it was a hot day, the crew did an amazing job making sure everyone was comfortable on the boat, everyone had the chance to bring in good size fish, and they went out of their way to make it an unforgettable trip. While this may be a hard story to believe about the Goliath Grouper, we have the pictures to prove it and will be sending them to our Captain to post wherever he wants. You guys did a great job on a hot day and made it work better than we could have imagined. We just wanted our kids to have a good memorable experience and they ended up with an unforgettable amazing trip. It takes some special patience to deal with our kids at times, and this crew nailed it.

5 Hour trip
Great Day Fishing
My sons and I had a great day fishing with Captain Good and First Mate Vince. The hospitality and conversation were very enjoyable and helped make the trip a lasting memory. They put us on fish immediately once the lines went in the water and there was no looking back from there. Our goal was to bring fish home and we are certainly doing that. I would for sure come back and fish again with them and would recommend them to anyone else. Thanks again for the great day on the water!!!

Half Day 4 Hour Trip
Great First Time Out!
Captain Good and First mate Cody were excellent! Made this first time out on the ocean fishing a great experience. They took care of the five of us three kids, so well. It was a blast. Caught many fish to take home and some that we left for catching again another time! The Goliath Grouper unexpected was Great for my 13 year!! The King Mackerel was over the top!!!! 4 hour trip was just perfect for the family!!! Thank you both for the Great Experience!!!

3 Hour Trolling Sunset Trip
The Perfect Trip
Our family of 7 went out with Captain Good and Captain Andy for a 4 hour trip. We had a wonderful time! Both Captains were awesome! It was a relaxing and fun adventure! Everyone caught fish and enjoyed themselves! We took our catch to a close by restaurant, Hog Island Fish Camp, and it was FABULOUS!! Our family had a wonderful experience, We are so thankful we were able to get a beautiful day out on the water with 2 Shea!

Half Day 4 Hour Trip
Great Day Fishing!
This was our first time and it was a great day fishing with 2shea Charters! We had Captain Good and Cody, who we highly recommend and will be back to take another trip with them! They were knowledgeable and accommodating for all our fishing questions and needs! We had a great time, caught many fish and we made some great memories! We even got to see some Dolphins on the way back in which was a sweet treat!
