Captain Gabriel and his crew are amazing at what they do. Me and my husband had a great time learning about fishing, the right tide and weather. It was a beautiful day with great views and good company. Highly recommend you try out this experience. There team goes above and beyond to make sure you got the full experience promised.

Gab and his entire crew was so helpful.  I needed help crossing the streams and they were very patient helping. I felt completely safe. They helped the grandkids fish and were wonderful with them. They were great and fun to visit with. Great experience.  Would certainly recommend to everyone.

We were both first-timers. Took us a while to learn how to cast, reel, and snag properly. Both Gabe and Luis were great teachers with tons of patience. Even though we only caught two salmon between the four of us, we still had a great fun and memorable experiences. The view was stunning. The weather was better than expected.

We had a close encounter with a bald eagle who just sat there less than 10 feet away from our group. That was so cool!

We brought along my 72-y/o mom who didn’t fish. Even though she was a plus-one, Gabe and Luis provided her with waders and helped her on a short hike to the shore. Thank you, Luis, for keeping her company while Gabe was busy helping us fish! Thank you for having us!

After the trip, we ran into a gentleman who went fishing on a boat and didn’t catch many either. So today was an unfortunate day for everyone. We will definitely come back again. Better luck next time!

It was at the last port in Seward when we got off the cruise boat. We didn’t see any salmon until we got to Seward. I guess it’s too early in June.  However while fishing in Seward with captain Gabriel, he knew the good spots and we saw other locals catching a few salmon coming up river. The spot we went was very beautiful. Wear thick warm socks. It’s cold inside the boots.  It is early for salmon fishing, though some people caught fish. Captain Gabe caught our first sockeye salmon and let me reel it in from the water. We saw eagles, seals and on the way back we saw a Moose. Captain Gabe is great guy and when we saw a moose he turned around so we could get a better view and pictures.  Great memorable experience. Thank you captain!

We booked a group trip with Gabe on a bad weather day, not expecting to catch much. We were greatly surprised when we were able all able to catch fish! When we were dropping off the fish to get flash frozen, some others who had come off a boat in Seward commented they were impressed that we were able to catch that amount of fish from shore.

Gabe is a super helpful guide and just an amazing person. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to fish from shore and has a few hours to spare. Snagging is completely diffrent from other types of fishing but a lot of fun!
