My family and I took an offshore trip with Capt Erick 5/23/25. When I say the trip was amazing, it truly is an understatement. Even his communication before we even landed on the island was incredible.

He setup a game plan taking sea conditions in mind as well as the safety of my 7 and 9year old kids.  We went off shore trolling for a while. And both my son and I hooked up on Skipjack tunas and were Fighting them side by side.  An angler and a father’s dream. Then we targeted sharks after trolling for a few. That did not take long at all to produce, hooking into a 200lb reef shark. Capt Erick really is a master of his craft! Once our arms were soar from fighting the Tunas and Shark lol . We saw birds working , Capt Eric wasted no time to capitalize on the opportunity.  And what happened next was absolutely incredible! We hooked into 8rainbow runners, 1 yellow tail snapper and 1 needle fish in a matter of 15 minutes! Mind blowing seeing how Capt Eric would work the tackle and bait was truly impressive. My family and I can’t thank Capt Erick enough for the priceless memories he provided us. Icing on the cake was when we ran into him the next day at a restaurant, and he bought me and my wife a drink. Goes to show the high class gentleman he is.

We recently spent a week in the Virgin Islands and had the pleasure of fishing with Eric on two half day trips.  I have two boys, 9 and 7, and Eric did an incredible job finding fish, being a great coach to the kids, and ensuring that we were having an overall great time.  Eric is an extremely knowledgeable Captain and is truly passionate about catching fish.  He knew the right spots to go and was excellent at navigating the current conditions of the water.  If you are considering a private charter trip for a small group or family, do not hesitate to choose Captain Eric.  You will catch fish, make a friend, and have a great day on the water!

The fishing trip was an amazing mix of adventure and relaxation. Being out on the water, feeling the ocean breeze, and reeling in some solid catches made for an unforgettable experience. Captain Eric was fantastic—super knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. There was a perfect balance of excitement when the fish were biting and peaceful moments just taking in the view. It was exactly what my husband and I needed—a break from the usual routine, great company, and a chance to reconnect with nature. Definitely a trip we will do again but will bring our kids this time!

Headed to ST for a vacation and really wanted to get a line in the water. Capt Eric was the perfect person to go with. I brought my wife, daughter(10), and nephew(11). Eric gave me two options at the beginning of the trip and added some local insight on the pros and cons for each. We decided to go after the reef fish. We immediately started catching fish. Everyone in the boat caught many fish. Capt Eric has so much knowledge of each island around ST. We caught fish early and often. I 100% recommend booking this charter if you are wanting to catch fish and have fun. Thanks again CAPT! FYI- we’re enjoying some king fish ceviche and blackened grouper tacos for dinner tonight. :)

From start to finish Capt. Eric Anaclerio was fantastic. Eric’s communication leading up to the trip was very responsive and detailed. He answered all of our questions and continued his punctual communication literally all the way until we arrived on his boat.

Once on board, Eric was very inviting, friendly, and genuinely took the time to educate us about the trip and his boat. Eric’s boat, the Stevie Lou, was very clean, well kept, organized, comfortable, and in great working order. All his fishing gear was the same, outstanding!

Once out for our in shore trip, Eric explained his fishing gear, his operations of the gear, and how he would tend to us while fishing. There were 6 of us, he worked very efficiently and was super organized, keeping us all fishing. He communicated and demonstrated everything, what he was doing, what we were doing, all about the fish and fishing, educated us on fishing, etc. And we were not disappointed, fishing was great with tons of action.

At the end of our trip Eric cleaned our fish for us. We were even able to feed the Tarpon at the docks. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and shops. We were able to take our fish immediately to a local restaurant where they used our fish to cook our food!! Eric even called our taxi service for us.

Capt. Eric Anaclerio and the Stevie Lou are absolutely amazing, going above and beyond. Eric is very friendly, kind, he has a great passion for fishing, and treats his customers like friends. And the Stevie Lou is phenomenal!
