Full Day Trip – Offshore • 5 adultsCaptain Mitch and 1st mate Caden made everything look easy. Heavy swells were no issue with some that were very inexperienced offshore. We were on fish all day with no down time. Easiest return and processing of catch with very fast turnaround. Can’t wait to go back out!

Full Day Trip – Offshore • 6 adultsGreat trip, captain was knowledgeable and first mate was amazing. We caught our limit on Blue Line Tilefish, a large amount of Mahi-Mahi and a Bonita. Only downside was generator feeding air conditioning wasn’t working at time so it got a little warm.

Captain Mitch and First Mate Bradon provide you with that experience. Captain Mitch provided my family with first-class service. First Mate Bradon took his time to explain every aspect of the equipment and what it was used for. Along the trip, you get to know these two men and have nothing but respect for them. If you are looking for a great time and a truly wonderful experience I would highly recommend the Patriot and its crew, you will not be disappointed. From my Family to yours Thank you for everything. What's biting with Patriot Sportfishing in Nags Head
The weather's cooling, but inshore fishing is rock solid. Red and Black Drum, Trout, and Spanish Mackerel can all be caught on a half day trip. Otherwise, stay out all day to battle Billfish offshore.

Days of Dolphin! Here’s some pictures for ya…We’ve really enjoyed the week so far. The dolphin bite has been very rewarding. Nothing like fresh dolphin for Taco Tuesday…and our Wednesday charter had similar results! We added a couple of fun videos too. It’s Not Always Glamorous!

There’s a lot that goes into running a charter boat business. But always at the forefront is maintaining and improving the boat - aesthetics and performance are always top goals and mean everything to putting together a fantastic fishing season. This year, there’s a lot of little things and one big thing (more about that later). You saw what was happening outside last week, so this week, I’ll show you a few of the interior maintenance and improvements we are making. Special thanks to Rick Moore for the 1000 hr maintenance he completed on our Cat C-18. He always does a great job. We’re also making improvements in the head area of the boat The floor is being glassed and The shower is being gutted to make way for a tackle locker for storage. The Patriot was made to be a fishing boat so showers can wait til you get to the docks! Enjoy the pics and share with a friend! We are now booking for the 2025 season!
