Our 8 hour trip out with Six Shooters was totally AWESOME!!!  My wife and I went out on June 2, 2025. Red snapper season had just come in and we caught our limit with most being decent size and one was definitely on the larger size. We also caught our share of vermillion and white snappers. Me, my wife, son and his girlfriend had a great time.  We caught a ton of fish! Doug was very helpful and knowledgeable with our questions and curiosities about all types of ocean fishing, navigating his boat, etc. His son Jonathan was awesome keeping us baited and, in the water, ready for the next catch. His excitement while we were fishing was contagious! Especially when my son hooked a big one. We’ll definitely charter with them again when we’re back in the area.  Thanks!!

We had a great day on the water with Captain Doug and 1st Mate John. This trip was a gift from my parents to my son, so we had 3 generations on the boat. My son did a ton of research online before deciding on this charter and it was everything he hoped for. We caught a lot of fish! Ended up being 4 short of our limit. We had a great time on our 4 hour trip! Captain Doug was very nice and informative along with the crew. We caught over 30 fish and kept about 15. The crew fileted our fish which we took with us and grilled. The 40 ft sport fisher yacht was very nice. We also got to ride on the very top of it which was a great experience. The yacht also has a bathroom, shower, bed, and kitchen table with wrap around seating. Definitely recommend and will use again!

Doug and his son was the best. We told them right off we liked music and he turned us on to his rapper friend Dick Jagger, go listen to him!!! Doug asked what fishing we wanted,of course red snapper…lol. He made a point to put us on them and we got our limit, my son was so happy!!!
