We went fishing here in December, so we went about 1-2m off shore. Capt. and deckhand Ben knew the best fishing spots, while the other boats nearby had no luck. We caught multiple tunas, yellowtail, some absolutely massive kingfish, and even a monster spanish mackerel. We had a great time! We were delayed by an unexpected travel mishap that caused us to arrive late for our trip. The captain was incredibly kind and flexible and extended our trip as he did not have another trip booked for us. Attentive and patient instructor to teach the various fishing techniques. Made every effort to ensure we were able to catch fish and enjoy our trip. highly recommend and will return for another trip!

Steve was very personable and worked at putting us on fish. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him today. We caught several fish, but lost a couple of good ones to no fault of the captains. I highly recommend Captain Steve and his boat.

Captain Jaime and mate Ben were as good as it gets for a day’s fishing. Very welcoming and easy going and then really hard working in terms of getting us on the fish. Conditions weren’t perfect so trolling didn’t bring many fish but a switch to a wreck brought a real flurry of activity and a fish virtually every drop. We’d definitely go out again with this crew.
