We couldn’t have picked a better day. The weather and water was so calm. It was our first time on a charter and it did not disappoint. It started out a little slow but when we moved location; we started catching fish. We loved Captain Dale. He felt like part of the family. He let us help him and explained everything to us. The weather and conditions were perfect on Friday evening, the 29th. Captain Dale was awesome. He provided everything. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions about a range of fishing topics. We didn’t catch anything for most of the trip, (nobody around was doing much either) but then near the end, we each got to experience catching some big King Salmon! It was a thrill! We met Dale at the launch at 3:30 and by 4:00 we were catching fishing.  We caught alot of fish and had great time. Dale is a great captain and knows the river well.

Did an evening trip out of Ludington with Caption Dale. Ended up going 3 for 6 that evening. 21ft kingfisher handled the waves great and he was great with my 5 year old son on the boat. Would highly recommend fishing captain Dale. Very knowledgeable.

Captain Dale was great to salmon fish with. I had lots of questions about salmon and other local fish which he happily educated me on. He was very personable and I will absolutely be booking him again.
