It was a slow day of fishing but Captain Bob wouldn’t give up and give it his 100%.  He stayed out as along as we wanted to and continued to work hard.  We caught fish and he was a pleasure to fish with.  He stayed out for 10 hours when we only paid for a 6 hour day and even offered to take us fishing again the next morning free of charge.

Our guide Bob was outstanding. He was very personable and patient. I was really impressed that he took the time to show us how to catch the salmon. We loved the stories about the bananas, he kept on the boat. As an additional plus, we had a very scenic view of the river with mountains in the background. Living the Alaska dream as a family with a very personable guide!!!!!we left the trip with 18 fish and a wonderful memory that myself and my kids will cherish forever!!!!

We had a fantastic experience on our trip. Although we were slightly early in the season and didn’t quite reach our limit as hoped, it was certainly not due to any lack of effort on Robert’s part. He demonstrated exceptional dedication, continuously adjusting locations, techniques, and lures to give us every possible opportunity for success. His knowledge of the river, the fish, and the local community is truly unparalleled. He went above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect.

Fishing was slow, not the captains fault he tried to get us all of our salmon.  You want a captain that wants you to catch fish he is your guy!  Thanks for a memorable trip it’s not always the catch but the experience it’s self!

Captian Robert took us to multiple spots when the fish weren’t biting at the one we were at. He told us stories about living in Alaska and shared some of his homemade salmon dip with the boat. Equipment was great and boat sat 4 comfortably.
