Captain Bryce was great managing the boat and fishing needs. I took my wife and daughter out for first time and they enjoyed it a lot. Fish weren’t biting that day but he did everything he could to entice them to.  We look forward to another trip and fishing experience.  We highly recommend him.

We had a very memorable morning with Captain Bryce of Schmidt Happens Charters. The red drum were on fire (we released more than we kept due to size regulations) and our family will still enjoy a fish feast tonight. Everyone in our party caught fish. My oldest son caught both of the conversation pieces….a large stingray and a 7 foot blacktip shark who fought for 45 minutes! Capt Bryce was so encouraging and interactive. We hope to return soon!

Awesome experience from start to finish! First time charter fishing and Captain Bryce was very accommodating. He is very well versed with the area and was able to bring us to great fishing spots and reccomend some amazing local dining places. His knowledge of the fish in the area and what bait and techniques to use were absolutely top par. 100% would recommend to any friends or family and we will definitely be coming back again soon!

We had great weather, calm water, and great expectations.  The fish decided not to cooperate.  We were on the dock when his morning trip came in and they had good luck. We pulled a ray up to the side and that was our luck. Better luck next time I hope and better luck to you. I recommend.
