Hello, well we’re sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. As I stated before we have a process that we use to increase our odds of success. I understand that you had a different expectation however we explained in detail why we do what we do,the circle hooks, waiting until we say to pick the rod up etc. We didn’t take you bottom fishing where you would have been holding a rod and not catching anything. I apologize if we assumed that wouldn’t be enjoyable. If I had that info more than ten minutes before you showed up I would have cancelled your trip. Prior to us leaving I also explained what the thought process was based on and why we were going to target rockfish. We are not in the business of intentionally taking people out when we know they won’t be successful. If holding a rod for the sake of holding a rod even though I know you won’t catch a fish is what you prefer then I apologize for assuming the opposite. As far as a refund is concerned we do not offer refunds. Unfortunately as I said before nothing is guaranteed in fishing and we put every effort forward to make you as successful as possible. Our processes are based off of many trips and the experience we have gained from those trips and industry standards. Our reviews speak for themselves and we don’t do anything on those trips that we didn’t do on yours. Once again I understand that you had a different expectation than the result however there’s nothing I can do about that except explain how and why we do what we do. I understand that you are not knowledgeable of the common practices out on the bay which is why I’m explaining them to you.
