Fishing with Captain Mike was awesome. My wife and I have 4 kids between ages 8 to 17. Everyone had a great time…my youngest said “this was my favorite thing we did on vacation!” Captain Mike worked hard to make sure we enjoyed ourselves and had a good haul. We cannot say enough good things about my chance charters. The crew was obviously experts- and had us reeling the fish in immediately. Super friendly, laid back, and amazing with our 9, 12, and 13 year old kids. This trip was a Father’s Day surprise and it couldn’t have been more perfect.

We had a great trip w Captain Mike and his deckhand Eric.  We had a diverse age group and they were focused on two things: making sure everyone including our youngest, had a great time and we got into fish.  Not only did we catch fish but we had escorts out of the cut to the gulf - A pod of dolphins followed our wake which was super cool!  We caught Mackerel, Grouper and some elusive Snapper.  Scored a ton of Trigger fish that are fiesty but not keepers at this stage in the season.  Bottom... Originally booked 8 hour trip but due to strong winds was reduced to 4 hour trip; caught a Spanish mackerel, 2 king fish which one was unfortunately eaten by dolphins before could get to boat, Bonita and large jack Carmella. Captain worked very hard to make the best of the situation with the winds and not being able to go where wanted to fish. All in all was still an exciting trip!
